Ted and his auditor did a nice job gathering data over a few hours and then got right back to me in the time they said (about a week) with a detailed, thorough written report. The recommendations were thoughtful and thorough but not excessive. Our house had a few problem spots, but the overall report was positive. It isn't a very old home so I didn't expect much wrong. But the work they did was remarkable. The way they did it was professional and polite. His crew Travis, Amanda and Jim did the work in just 1 day. They were here for the long day but took care of everything. My wife was very impressed with their communication skill. They kept us informed. The only thing they didn't do well- to get an A, was they didn't get back to me right away once I told them I was interested in an Audit. But, after they got rolling they were exceptional.
