I have been going to B&W Auto for years. I knew the previous owner, Wayne Cataldo, and am very pleased with the new owner, Mike V. I called on a Tuesday and he was able to take my car right away to be looked at. What I most appreciated is that there were no surprises. For example, I asked him to check out my brakes because my light had been coming on. When he called me Wed. morning to tell me what was going on he said he could see some wear on them but that they did not need to be replaced yet. He said that there was a lot of rust so he was careful to not did too deep and get me into a $300 repair that I was not prepared for right now. As a woman who knows very little about cars, I really appreciate that Mike is patient and clear when telling me about my car repairs. I'm also not being overcharged for unnecessary work. He is in it for the long haul and I appreciate that. I will continue to bring my car to him for all repairs in the future.
