Ryan heads that department and is amazing.  He comes out and takes pictures of the damage and takes care of all of the insurance issues that need taken care of.  He takes all the measurements and takes care of everything from A to Z, and it's just wonderful.

We are completely satisfied with the work. They were sure to have
gentlemen available to do the lifting each time I came to the shop, and
the receptionists were very courteous and professional, both in person
and over the phone. I had a very good experience.

I absolutely love them! I've been using this company close to 8 years and have been pleased with their service. My only request is for them to put out more coupons. They're expensive but do a wonderful job.

They are good. They are coming again tomorrow to clean my carpets. They do a good job, and I always call them back.

They're a company that has a showroom that does flooring and that sort of stuff, but mainly it was the flooring and water restoration that was the main cost. It's actually having somebody getting in there right away as soon as you have a problem with water in your home. They come in with massive dryers and dry out your home, which is what they did.

My wife I have used Inside Design many times at home before. The cleaners have always been respectful, courteous, prompt, and professional. I think one of the crew is related to the owners, and it shows. We decided to bring them into our office to first clean some old upholstered chairs. Same great experience made us call them a few days later to clean our office carpet that had been badly neglected. The carpet is 3 years old, and of low quality (installed by the landlord). Not only is the carpet cheap, our vacuum is not very good, and our foot traffic frequently includes muddy boots from field installers in our outdoor service oriented business.
Inside Design came in for us after hours to not disturb our business hours, and give the carpets time to dry. I came in today (Sunday) to check the conditions before the staff arrives on Monday morning.
When I opened the door, the smell hit me like a wave..... It smelled fresh and clean. They got rid of our awful pathways, and I am again pleased with the work they did. They obviously took extra time to do a great job. I don't see any negative reviews for them, which while it doesn't surprise me, is really difficult, because people are picky (especially we Angie's List folks). Anyway, job well done, again. You are safe with this company.

Great company. I always use them regardless of price. They are dedicated to serving the customer. Super nice as well.

I had the appointment made about 2 weeks ago and they called me the day before to confirm. They were very punctual to their arrival, polite, friendly and professional.The crew pretreated the carpet and the whole thing was over in about 1.5 hours. I would recommend their services with no hesitation

I had my bedroom and den carpets cleaned. They were able to clean up some spots from spills, etc. so that they disappeared and didn't reappear as often happens with over-the-counter spot cleaners.. My experience was good and I'd use them again. Incidentally, their showroom is lovely, immaculate, and has an interesting array of offerings of all types of flooring. This is a family-operated business and the owners are very friendly and helpful.

When contractor called to schedule installation. Inside Design had forgotten to order the carpet. We had take what was available. Then after installation, seams on berber carpet was puckered up along entire run. Sent team to repair. They cut it and resealed...still elevated. Design owner said that 1. It will settle in 1-2 wks...2) after two wks and no change. "Well too bad. We're not able/ gonna fix it" . Would not recommend to anyone.

The men came on time, The battery went out on their cleaning equipment on the truck. As they tried to fix it another person from the company came and installed the battery and the started the cleaning with as little delay as possible. I appreciate their honesty and work ethic.

We are extremely happy with the way the project went. The work crew arrived promptly and did the work quickly and cleanly. It took about six hours to finish both rooms and the new flooring looks fantastic. It also is more resistant to scratching and scuff marks than the old flooring. This company has done a variety of work for us, and they have always done an excellent job. If it has to do with the interior of our house; Inside Design is the company we call.
