BEAUTIFULLY ... I called in a panic because my computer at work had a BLACK screen and nothing I did brought back the desktop. When I called, Genesis wasn't able to send someone out immediately, so she "talked me off the ledge" ... she told me exactly what to do and in a matter of minutes my desktop was back and I was able to get to work. She was not only helpful and gracious during the call, but she didn't charge me a dime! I called that day because Genesis had served our business in the past ... they are always prompt and professional -- they know what to do and how to do it! And their prices are very reasonable. But, on this particular day, she went beyond the call of duty and saved the day for me and my business!

Gentleman arrived and took my computer to his shop. It was returned as promised and he set everything up to my satisfaction when he brought my computer back to my house. Everyone I dealt with was courteous and helpful.

As usual, This company which I have used for a number of years, did a super job getting my computer up and running. Both Lisa and Beau are professional and knowledgeable and extremely patient with me (I need that as I am 71 yrs. old ). I caused all the problems because I did a System Restore which messed up my computer big time. The following cost of service included many hours of in-house and remote repairs.

The Genesis service went great (can't say the same for Lenovo) Lenovo sold the laptops knowing that there was a problem with the power switch and not advising their dealers that they had increased the time they would respond to issues (including know issues/defects) from ten days to fifteen business days if no parts were required and a MINIMUM of thirty days if parts were required. Genesis continually contacted Lenovo until they actually repaired the laptop and returned it. Once Genesis received the repaired laptop from Lenovo they promptly restored the programs and data and brought the laptop back to me.
