The guy came in and stood there for 2 seconds and knew the problem.  He went to the truck to get a new coupler. He replaced and the washer has been working like a charm.  This was very impressive to me for someone being able to turn on the washer and with in seconds he knew the problem.  He was a young guy and he was very professional.  He was very polite and extremely knowledgable.  I would use him again and would recommend his services to others.

After having our kitchen remodeled (and our Bosch dishwasher moved to a different location in the kitchen) the "sanitized" light would no longer light up on the dishwasher.  A friend recommended we call George with G & H.  He scheduled us for the very next day, arrived on time, was personable and very professional.  He was very thorough and did all that was possible to correct the problem, including reconnecting dishwasher hoses that the kitchen remodel person had connected incorrectly.  As it turns out, even the manufacturer can't correct the problem.  Bottom line:  George was dealing with a problem that can't be repaired.  He did all that could possibly be done and we will definitely hire him again for any and all appliance repair that we need.

I noticed a problem with the washer when it went into the spin cycle.  For a couple of loads, I could restrt the cycle and it would spin the water out.  Then it stopped doing any spin altogether.  GH Services were selected from Angie's list primarily for a reasonable service fee and he was available within an hour of my call.  The technician assessed the washer and determined that several parts needed to be replaced.  The total cost for the parts and labor would run around $500.  I decided that this was more than the washer was worth, so no repairs were made and I went out that afternoon and purchased an energy efficient washer based on the recommendation of the technician.  We are still getting used to the fact that the new machine uses so much less water and it does not have an agitator.  The clothes do appear to be getting clean though.

They responded promptly, they came in, they told me what it would cost, and they solved it so I was happy.

They came out, looked at it and determined that it was just a small issue of an adjustment with nothing needing to be replaced. I was just charged for a service call. Happy with the service.

I called and told him my GE fridge was not cooling properly.  He was able to come the same day.  He quickly assessed the problem (defrost heaters needed to be replaced) and defrosted the fridge so it would work temporarily until he could get the replacement part.  He was very conscientious and did not leave any kind of mess.  He was able to get the part the next morning and fix the problem. I felt the cost was reasonable and definitely better than paying for a new fridge.  He even gave me sound advice on an extra fridge I have in my garage.  I was impressed with the friendly, professional service.  I will definitely use G H Appliance Repair again if needed.

Outstanding service! I called on a Saturday, expecting to leave a message. Not only did George answer the phone, he was at my home within 2 hours. He quickly diagnosed that the glow bulb was the bad part (this is what I suspected the be the cause of the trouble). He had a replacement part in his truck. He was in and out of our home within an hour, and we now have a working stove again.
I would not hesitate to recommend George to anyone needing appliance repair. If the need arises again, I will be calling him back.

My refrigerator had been malfunctioning for a week.  I called GH Appliance on the morning of 9/21/12 and they came out that day. The repair person was very neat, clean, and professional.  He was able to diagnose the problem and order the part.  He also fixed the fridge temporarily until the part came in. AND he fixed my ice machine that had not worked for years.  YAY ICE!

Stellar job, by a stellar business/repairman.  We will call G. H. Appliance Repair again in the future should we need an appliance repaired.  Highly recommend this professional.
