Fixed my dryer. It needed a new belt They were great!! Reasonably priced and did the repair and left. I'm very happy with them and I'll call again when a appliance repair is requied.

I searched for repair online. I emailed GH Appliance repair and within 5 min, GH repair called me back on a Sunday night. Repair was done the following day! Great service!

The service rep arrived when promised. He was courteous and diagnosed the issue with the dryer. The part was replaced without problem and he was on his way in under an hour. I'm not sure about the cost and whether it was fair as it has been several years since I have had to have an appliance repaired. Usually the initial service call fee is applied to the repair cost if you decide to have it repaired but it was $65 just to come out , then add labor and cost of part. In my case, it cost under $200 and it didn't take long so I was happy to pay. It was cheaper than buying a new dryer. I would call this company again.

George called within minutes of my request, and we set up an appointment. He was very courteous and solved my problem with my refrigerator.

Would recommend this company easily; provided tips to keep appliances in good working order to avoid as many calls.

Wow!!!! While I was still on my computer looking for someone to repair my leaking washing machine, George called at 7:47 to discuss my problem. At 9:57 Bobby, the service tech showed up, and by 10:30 my 9 year old washing machine had a new pump. Bobby was knowledgeable, professional, and couldn't have been nicer to my husband who had a thousand questions. The price was very reasonable and the service was unbelievably fast. If I ever have a problem with any of my appliances, GH Appliance Repair will definitely be called first.

Got the job done but I would have liked to have had less trips for them to do so. Our dishwasher needed repair. Was contacted right away after the website inquiry. Service call was fine however a part needed to be ordered. After that came in and was replaced, only after the tech had left and a full cycle run did another related problem surface. Another order, another visit. Worked for a few more days, then another related part needed to be replaced. Kudos for doing that at no additional cost. Seems to working fine now...

William is a true expert in Fisher & Paykel dishwashers. I wished I had hired him a year ago to get to know my dishwasher better, I had no idea how easily it all came apart to clean. He corrected the hoses which were allowing water to drain back into the dishwasher. I am a very happy customer!

Customer Service was great George was very accommodating, but tech was a bit late. They diagnosed the problem quickly. Although they were unable to fix it ,do to age of the appliance and unavailability of the parts. Great experience because I didn't feel like they were trying to beat me.
