From the initial phone call to the prompt arrival?within an hour?the entire experience was handled with the utmost efficiency. The technician was courteous, knowledgeable, and respectful. I am thoroughly impressed with the quality of service provided and will not hesitate to use this company again. It's truly refreshing to encounter such outstanding customer service.

I had GH Appliance Repair Grafton Va. come out to diagnose my refrigerator that was not working. I was told it would cost $125 for the Diagnostic ? Service Fee. I had no problem with that. The technician had to install a part he had in his truck to determine if that as the problem. When he found out that was the problem and the refrigerator started working, he asked if I wanted to keep it. I said yes and he just closed the back plate, which he would have had to do either way. I paid him on the spot. I was pleased it was working. I later got the itemized bill showing that he had added $115 for labor. My concern was there was no additional labor, since the part was already installed and he did not have to remove it, if I decided not to keep it. There was no additional labor involved but I was charged for it. With a long conversation with the owner, there was no agreement.

Brian was wonderful. He knew what the problem was right off hand. He got to work. Explain everything. Was careful with all the mechanics in the freezer section. Thank you very much.
