Cruz Thru Car Wash

I have used this car wash for years with acceptable to excellent results, so when it came time for an expensive auto detail, I gave them a try. I was bitterly disappointed. Lots of spots and stains that weren't addressed at all, vacuuming did not clean out the tight spots as advertised (when I talked to them prior) and in general, there was no evidence that more than minimal effort was expended. Never again.

I just don't think that there is anything else like that around here other than that one, it does both. The benefit to it is that it is a little pricy, I think it was 69 or 70 dollars for high millage oil but then you also get a car wash with it. It is not the bottom of the line car wash it is a 16 or a 19 dollar car wash. They clean it up and they do whatever but when I went there their vacuum cleaner was broken but they gave me a little thing that said that I could go back there and get the car done. I have been dealing with them for a long time.

They do a good job. It’s pretty standard. They clean the car while I’m there. If you get an oil change, you get a discount on the car wash. Their pricing is reasonable. There are no appointments, you just drive up and they take care of you!

The basic car washes they provide are sub-par. The brushes are pretty dirty and when the car comes out of the wash it usually sits for a good 5 or 10 minutes as they are typically short-handed on detailers. This allows significant spotting of the vehicle. After one detailing I had spots all over the windshield (wasn't windexed) and towel lint covering the painted surfaces of the car. They advertise hand washes on their front window so I figured I'd see if that was any better. The first time I went (10 miles out of my way to go there) they told me I couldn't get one. I've called back prior to going three times in the past two months and EVERY TIME they say no one is available. I am over this place.
