Description of Work: Replaced leaking hot water heater during winter storm Jonas. They showed up on time ... did the troubleshooting ... had to order a new water heater (still under warranty) so we were without hot water for one night (no biggie). While tank was under warranty, we still were responsible for the labor. Bud's gets good marks.

Description of Work: I signed-up for a Yearly A/C and Heating Maintenance earlier this year. Both of these proactive visits turned out well and actually helped me in awareness of potential problems. Bud's communicated very well on reminding me of my Appointment, and also informing me that the technician was in route. The technicians were very professional, knowledgeable, and answered all of my questions.

Description of Work: We had 5 evaluations and estimates. Bud"s representative, Chandler Nelson, the comfort adviser, was the only one of the five that did a through evaluation of the present system, including going into the crawl space to examine the existing return air system. He determined that there needed to be more return air duct work but also evaluated if there was sufficient supply ducting to support this. He made his recommendations based on all this information as well as the information and requirements that we discussed with him. | |The new system is functioning flawlessly and is working beyond our expectations.
