Description of Work: I had a clog in my upstairs main sewer line that caused a back up leak that caused damage when it came through the ceiling in my downstairs kitchen. The technician removed the clog by snaking the drain from on top of my house. He was punctual, knowledgeable, and professional, and he came the same day I called. I got a discount because I have a maintenance agreement on my heating system. I would definitely use them again for my plumbing issues.

 + -1 moreI was a little frustrated with this company at first. Their technician broke a screw in our system and didnt say anything about it. I went to turn on the system and it didnt work. The same guy came back out and said that he thought that he told me about it; I felt that it was just a miscommunication and he fixed it right away. I really liked that.

The guys that did the installation showed up early and I really liked that. I couldn t remember what the price was, but I do know that they were lower than the other companies that we talked to.

 + -1 moreBud s provides an excellent maintenance program. They come out twice a year and anytime there is a problem. They check out and clean both furnace and air conditioning units. The program covers all the cost of checkup and repair cost including parts. They do a very good job of explaining everything and let us know when to have each item checked and cleaned.

Buds has some very experienced and talented technicians on their crew. The installation went through without a hitch. It took less than a half a day. They tested the system and checked all the duct work as well. The service provided to us was first rate. We are glad we switched.
