A total mess! Be aware.

Technicians never greeted home owner. They make a mess in your yard with their "pocking"tools an never repair. On the first visit, the "technician" made a mess with out completing the work and leaving holes every where.I got a bill for 135.00 plus a second one for 90.00 (why?) .Two days later after I complained to the company, a second tech came in and started complaining of what the first one had done.He was saying how this guy could have done this and that he should be fired...He then left my house leaving his work unfinished for 2 days again! until I had to call the company (owner?) who appeared not to understand what was hapening.On the third day,the guy who "was a mess initially" showed up again! and appeared to ignore what he had done wrong.He billed 4 hrs of work=$360.00 Never an apology for the mess. Be the judge.

Installed water meter fine. Backflow testing passed but there was something wrong with my backflow leaking water every few minutes which service technician said was normal. Afterwards called plumber and irrigation company which, both came out and said backflow was broken and it shouldn't have passed testing. Needless to say I was paying for the water that was leaking every few minutes.

It is pleasant. Work is done well.

I haven't received a bill yet so I can't really rate on that, but the technician was on time, knowledgeable, and didn't take a long time to fix what I asked to be repaired. Found another problem but will return to fix asap. Will definitely use them from now on for all sprinkler system needs.

The customer service representative was very friendly and helpful. They had appointments available as soon as the following day. The man that was sent was also very friendly, knowledgeable, efficient and on time. He was very helpful in answering questions I had about my sprinkler system. I would certainly refer to my friends!

We haven't yet received the bill so I can't really rate the value - leaving it blank just wasn't an option.

It took sometime to get our schedules worked out but once they were they did excellent work. The man they sent was fast, friendly and knew his job. The staff I spoke to on the phone was helpful and accommodating. I would hirer them again and recommend to others.

Response to my call was excellent; they returned my call within 5 minutes. When I asked to schedule a visit they we able to do the work in 2 days. They showed up on time and were done when they promised. Great service.

This company contacted me within 10 minutes by phone. They showed up on time. They weren't the cheapest estimate but they were polite, professional, & above all, reliable. They also said they would bill me rather than expecting a check when service was completed. I will use them again.

They came out fast, adjusted my sprinkler heads and suggested some heads to be moved! The service man was friendly and knowledgeable. I am in good hands!
