If you require service, please call our office at 757-898-2894. Due to technical issues, we have been having trouble receiving service requests through messaging. Thank You! We are a locally owned and operated Carrier Factory Authorized Dealer serving the Virginia Peninsula since 1999. All our service technicians are State Licensed and N.A.T.E. certified, which is the highest certification available for HVAC professionals. We charge a Flat Rate for all service and repair calls, including a one time diagnostic fee. All job costs are determined by job, not by the hour. We accept most major credit cards, and we offer 0% A.P.R. financing through Wells Fargo Financial for qualified "Angie's List" Customers (Credit Approval Required).

We had a problem with our AC just prior to the 4th of July. They were able to juggle their schedule and promptly fix the problem. They have been our AC guys for over 8 years. Always prompt, courteous, professional and get the job done right every time.

I live in Williamsburg VA and the technician Izaiah Mouradian, did a great job on explaining the HVAC system, both functionality and specifics of our system; what services he was going to perform, and any next steps. He was honest and I didn't feel like I had a greedy salesman trying to up sale everything. I have always liked AC Masters as they are honest people who stand behind their product, people and most importantly, their word.

Diagnostic work was very thorough with detailed explanation and great patience with my questions. Was able to replace two large fuses on this ~28 year old unit, clean up the electrical contacts, and restore to full operation. Very pleased with the service and will certainly use this contractor again when needed.

Scott met me at the house at about 8:30am and by 2pm the same day the new outside Condenser unit had been replaced, was blowing cold, and the old unit hauled away. I have purchased 3 systems from A/C Masters now as I have a number of rental homes. They have given me competitive prices but what sticks out about them is their service and their willingness to honor their warranties when things go wrong. While I have had several issues with the Carrier units they installed, they have been there with me to get them fixed and the tenants back with heat or AC quickly. The most recent was last night when they came out on short notice, fixed the unit quickly and professionally. The technician was wonderful from what I heard...knowledgeable and professional. I will call them again as the need arises both for service and to quote new systems. Thanks guys. Keep up the good work.

Called to schedule an appointment and the dispatcher was very nice. She told me she would probably be able to send someone out around 4PM the same day. The tech arrived at about 4:30 and quickly found a leak. The only diagnostics he did was visually inspect the outdoor units and put a leak detector on the visible leak site....no gauges or pressure tests or anything so there could have been more leaks. He said the system would need to be recovered before the leak could be fixed and then pressure tested and recharged. Several hours of work which he said would need to be scheduled with the office. I thought that was kind of strange but I wasn't going to argue with him. He left and never heard back from the office for an estimate or an appointment to schedule the repairs. Two days later a different company came out about 4:30PM and performed the work no problem. Even though I told him where the leak was he still went through his process to identify the leak and any other possible leaks which was much more involved than what the A/C Masters tech did. The A/C Masters tech didn't give me a quote but did give me a rough estimate for how much it would cost and the company that performed the work charged about half as much for refrigerant which was a large portion of the job since the system was empty. So not really sure why they send techs out if they are not going to fix things that are fixable. I could understand if it was a parts availability issue or something but it was a simple fix that just required a couple hours to perform the work. $90 dollars wasted for 30 min and no heat.

Installation of new heating and cooling unit was installed the next day after quote. Everything was done professionally. Installers were courteous and respectful of property. House is much cooler, efficient, and quieter. It wasn't cheap, but will save 40% on heating and cooling as told by my neighbors that did similar.
