"We are sorry that you were so unhappy about your experience B-Dry. After some extensive research on this project, below is the documentation that B-Dry has on your installation. B-Dry originally installed a partial system in this home in April of 1990 for the previous homeowner. In November of 1992, B-Dry added to the existing system for the new homeowner. In September of 2003, the area was hit by a hurricane which damaged his home. In November of 2003, a B-Dry representative presented the homeowners a quote to finish the rest of area that was experiencing the problem with our Rigid Sealer from floor to ceiling instead of the 1 foot piece that is provided with every basement installation. The homeowners were also made aware that the paneling and studs would need to be removed from the area that was having the problem. In September 2012, we provided another estimate to complete the installation of the area where they were experiencing the problem and explained to the homeowner that we would still need the paneling and studs removed so we could effectively complete the installation. The homeowners decided to hire a contractor to remove the paneling and studs. We agreed with the homeowner and the contractor on our part of the project beginning on January 28th. The day before the installation was set to take place; the contractor said the he needed to postpone our installation for about a week. B-Dry's project manager for this installation was previously scheduled for vacation the next week along with other projects already on the schedule. B-Dry went back and forth with the contractor trying to schedule times and dates for explaining what needed to be done for our part of the job completion. The homeowner wanted us to make sure he was a priority and B-Dry accomplished that to the best of our ability. B-Dry couldn't move or reschedule other projects because of the contractor needing to change their schedule. When B-Dry was finally able to finish the installation, we drastically discounted the price to finish the project because the customer had been put through all of the scheduling conflicts and we felt that we needed to try to help out on our end for the customer’s sake. B-Dry strives to make every customer’s experience as seamless as possible. We do apologize about the scheduling conflicts but we feel we tried our best to accommodate. With such large jobs and processes that we have in place, some installations are scheduled out for months in advance. B-Dry tried to get the installation complete as soon as we had an open date in our extremely busy schedule during that time."
