Wali was amazing! I had a leaking pipe which caused major water damage to walls and floors. He came out, assessed the damage, worked with insurance adjuster to remove carpet and walls… then worked to rebuild everything nicer than before. I worked with Wali and his team during the water damage incident in my kitchen. As a first-time victim of water damage, I must admit that the process was unfamiliar and worrisome until we encountered Wali and his team. He adeptly navigated the situation and handled everything with reassuring expertise! We also engaged them for my bathroom renovations, and I am extremely pleased with their work. They replaced the floor tiles, installed new toilets, and bathroom vanities! Throughout the renovation, a couple of unexpected issues arose due to the bathroom vanities I had purchased without much knowledge. They addressed each problem calmly and without additional charges! Instead of insisting on buying a new vanity, they collaborated with me and utilized their skills to resolve the issue! I can't recall how many trips they made to Home Depot to rectify the problem! To fit the vanity into the confined space, they expertly cut it from the sides. I couldn't believe my eyes at how perfectly it turned out! In addition to their expertise, their attitude towards unexpected challenges was consistently calm and positive! They kept me informed about the situation and the steps they took. I am immensely grateful from the moment I encountered this remarkable team! They completed the project a few days ago, and I am about to paint the bathroom. I couldn't wait any longer to express my gratitude! So, you'll see the photos before painting!

Our basement flooded and we hired Water Damage Pro Master LLC (online search for Water Damage America). They came 1 hour after the flood occurred (11pm), worked until 2am, and continued during business hours to mitigate damage and mold. They removed furniture and heavy exercise equipment and disposed of everything. The job was fast, complete, and clean; they coordinated with our insurance. We hired the company to rebuild, including walls, floor, and baseboards. It is beautiful and they were careful to keep the house clean and move furniture back into the place. Wali and Julio worked tirelessly, and were pleasant throughout the job. They have incredible skill and a lot of heart. Yousef helped us pick lovely and strong flooring. I recommend them with five stars plus.

Showed up very quickly and helped dry out my carpeted basement which was damaged after a rainstorm. They were communicative and professional. They lifted up carpet, removed baseboards, mitigated potential mold growth and then after all dry they put new baseboards down and the carpet.

Everything was smooth, on time, and completed with great quality!

Wali Barack the project manager for water damage pro master was excellent in his service. He was extremely professional and experienced! He stayed with me through the entire dry out process. He was very thorough and inspecting everything even down to the studs. I will use them again in the future and will recommend and refer everyone to them.
