Magic Painting was prompt, neat and professional. They went the "extra mile" on short noitce to do an outstanding job on two different painting projects for me. And their rates are very reasonable and did not change from the estimate provided. They have been a pleasure to work with and I will certainly refer them to others.

Estimate from Mynor was $2k - $4k lower than other contractors. But you get what you pay for! In the end, the house looks great. But it took 2 months for them to finish. I had to stay on the details constantly and still things didn't get done. I had to powerwash our patio to get off a considerable amount of paint that had been spilled, then walked through. And there are still things to touch up to fix carelessness. If you are short on cash, flexible on timing, and willing to do some work yourself, go with Magic. If you don't want to micromanage and/or want the job over quickly without lifting a finger, pay the extra money for someone else.
