About us
The Staging Fashionista provides professional and affordable home staging services that prepares a home for sale. We rearrange furniture, depersonalize, enhance focal point's in a home and make it more appealing to the more potential buyers so that you can sell your home faster and for maximum profit. We work with other professional home stagers when needed depending on the size of the home to get a property staged. As needed, I help homeowners locate services to help them declutter, paint or repair items when using our home staging service. The fees are dependent on the size of the home and the number of rooms to be staged. Consultation fees start at $150. I am insured, a certified interior decorator and an accredited APSD home stager. I am a member of RESA & the BBB. Angie's list members can get a $50 discount on an occupied, vignette or vacant home staging service
