Did my chimney clean last year and did such a great job at the right price I decided to retire my chimney brush. This year the price has gone up 50% so the brush is coming out of retirement.

Prompt response and scheduled appointment net day. Had a chimney inspection and cleaning for a house sale. Only issue was the roof vent needed some caulking applied. Chimney sweep was quick with no mess. Technician also helped repair a shingle on the roof. Highly recommend.

Expect the company to inflate prices if you decide not to do all the recommended work. My itemized estimate was markedly inflated when I requested to do only 2 of the 4 repairs.

"Hi Jenni, Unfortunately, this is a misrepresentation of what occurred with your estimate. For the sale of your home, we inspected 2 chimney flues. It was found that there were major safety hazards within both flues. Both of flues need to be relined with stainless steel liners. You inquired about only having one flue relined but did not want to pay for the other items quoted for that particular flue. In order for the liner to be installed, the other items need to be repaired as well because they go hand in hand with the liner installation. We tried to help you by revising the estimate to fit your request of having partial work done, which yes increased the price, but did not result in a higher quote than was what left before. The estimate was itemized with price in order to show you the breakdown of pricing for each repair. Please contact our office so that we can go over the estimate with you and hopefully clear up any misunderstandings! We strive for positive reviews from all of our customers and greatly appreciate your feedback."
