Six Penny was GREAT! They did the job fast and effectively as well as gave me pointers and guidance. The guys went above and beyond what they were there to do and NEVER tried to get me to purchase something other than what they were there to do! He was very polite and professional. He cleaned the chimney quickly and thoroughly and told me all the issues that needed to be addressed. The only reason I did not give them a "5" is that he was not on time (and actually had to reschedule from the first date because he was delayed from earlier jobs).

They were slow getting started . After 45 minutes, I realized they weren't going to finish cleaning the windows before I had to leave. I called 6 Penny to mention this and they took individuals from another job to help complete. They finished on time.

The workers were very professional. They took measures to ensure my floors were protected from their equipment, and you couldn't even tell they had been there when they left. The customer service was excellent each time I spoke to the office. A great experience, and I'll definitely recommend Six Penny!

Six Penny employess provided good, fast and cleanly chimney sweeping service. Other surrounding chimney sweeping companies were charging 50% more than Six Penny. Six Penny definately meets the customers budget needs with a good service provided.
