We had water and mold damage to our family recreation room in the basement from a leak in the main water line entering our home. There was water and mold damage to a section of the carpet in the rec room. We hired ServiClean to do mold remediation service. Alfredo, the estimator, also detected possible moisture behind a section of the wall paneling, which, he advised, should be addressed. The ServiClean crew of Brian and George set up a containment chamber around the affected area along with other equipment, removed the section of damaged carpet and wall paneling, and applied antimicrobial to the area. We were very pleased with the whole experience and the work done. Everyone was very nice and professional from Lilian with her advise and help on insurance claims, Alfredo with his meticulous explanation and documentation of the process and the damage, and the Brian and George for their work and courtesy. I highly recommend their services for water damage and mold remediation.

They came to my rescue in March 2023 after another company did a poor job of remediation due to a pipe burst the weekend of Christmas 2022. I can’t recommend them enough! Very thorough and honest people. Special shout outs to Carlos, the project manager and Lillian, Administrator. They both were very kind and supportive. All members of this company are wonderful.

I had a busted pipe on my second floor that caused water damage through the ceiling. The staff was very friendly, and gave me an appointment the same day to start the drying process. I am so happy that I ran across ServiClean to assist me during a flood in my basement. Everyone was very friendly and knowledgeable. Lilian took my phone call and shortly after speaking to her I knew I had the right place. She was compassionate and took the necessary time to help me understand the process. She expedited my appointment without me even asking. The technician was prompt , courteous and professional. I explained to him our mold allergies. He reiterated the process, provided an estimate and offered to start the process immediately. This was a pleasant surprise. He took pictures before, during and after, he was very thorough. I had my report very quickly. If you want excellence, call ServiClean, they are the best.

If I could give ServiClean 10 STARS, I would. They worked in m house for 5 days. The cleaning crew are the upmost professionals. They have done a tremendous job cleaning my home after a ceiling collapsed and there was blown-in insulation everywhere! My house is now immaculate! But there is one thing that has taken them over the top in my book. I have a daughter with Special Needs. They have been friendly and courteous to her. And they had no hesitation to work around her to accommodate her needs. I highly recommend this company.

Thanks to a sump pump outage, we ended up with about 2 inches of water in lower level of our split level home. it was a disaster! Serviclean was recommended to me. I called and they sent someone out right away. Within a matter of hours the crew had removed all of the wet carpet, drywall and baseboards, positioned fans and dehumidifiers and we were on our way to being dry again. They came back EXACTLY when they said they would to check on the progress and pick up their equipment. Especially during the pandemic, they were all very professional and took all the precautions one could hope for to keep me, my family and themselves safe while rendering outstanding services. Hopefully we wont have this happen again, but if we do, they will be the first person we call!

This company was exceptional. They were VERY responsible with returning phone calls, scheduling appointments, and being on time. I couldn't have asked for better responsiveness from a company. The people working were very courteous and prompt. Price was very fair and I found them to be completely honest regarding work, cost, timing, and problem. Wouldn't use anyone else and would recommend them to anyone needing mold remediation.

Had an outstanding experience from Technicians (Cameron Hall, Jaime Robles, and Jorge Sanchez) , and the administration team (Blanca, Lillian, and Jessica), Technicians were very knowledgeable and friendly did the job without cutting corners. They were able to quickly accommodating our schedule and remove the water damaged material, clean all the mold, got the house dried out, and mold proof paint the affected areas, in two days. Strongly recommend them if you want to do it right

It went great. Lilian, who answered the phone, put me at ease and suggested I check with insurance. Luckily, we had a rider that covered the flood, which the ServiClean guys determined was due to sump pump failure. We called at 8:30 p.m. on a Thursday night, when the flood was discovered. The the crew of 4 arrived around 10 p.m. and stayed until 3:30 or 4 a.m., working steadily the entire time. They first found the sump pump wasn't working and were able to start it up again, which stopped the flooding. They vacuumed out the water from the flooded floor, then they removed the carpet and backing, drywall, baseboards, and insulation where necessary. (They previously helped us move boxes/furnishings to the main floor, which we had begun as soon as the flood started.) They left 17 fans and 3 large dehumidifiers going from that night through the following Monday morning. They coordinated with my insurance adjuster immediately on Friday and were able to explain to insurance that the flood was the result of sump pump failure, which enabled us to get coverage. My insurance company reimbursed me in full for the charges from ServiClean. The crew was great, put us at ease, and were able to prevent what could have been even worse damage to our home. They treated the area with Microban, too, to prevent any bacteria or mold development, although luckily our flood was only rainwater and the drying out process probably stopped any mold development from occurring. They also honored my Angie's List 10% of coupon.

They were very professional and prompt. It is always a terrible time when a basement floods. They were prompt and professional. I was happy that they were able to come out immediately where the competition took four days to return a call and ask if I still needed their service. Serviclean's rate were very reasonable and I was thankful for them being there. I will not hesitate to recommend the company to anyone that is unfortunate enough to require water abatement services. They are the best.

This is by far the BEST service company I have used. I have several homes to maintain so I have constant service needs. ServiClean responded to my mediation issue quickly and the pricing was very fair based on the size and layout of the areas requiring the work. Carlos, the workers, and the administrative staff are polite, informative, friendly, and go out of their way to make sure everything is completed timely and professionally. I called at 930 in the morning the day after a rain storm caused some flooding in my basement. A technician was at my house by 11, despite the fact there were numerous calls about flooding. The technician tested various spots in my basement drywall for moisture. Several spots were wet - he told me it is best to wait on remediation and to first resolve the drainage issues around my house. He removed the carpet pad and helped me set up my fans and dehumidifiers to dry out the rug. He didn’t charge me a dime and didn’t try to sell me on something that wasn’t needed or that wouldn’t be needed until later - after I resolved the drainage issues. This is an incredibly honest and professional business that I will use after I resolve the drainage issues.

Within a couple of hours of calling, a crew of two technicians arrived to evaluate the situation and suggest a remediation plan and cost estimate. They then set to work removing the wet carpet and any water damaged areas of drywall. Both technicians were very knowledgeable and courteous and they returned 3 days later exactly on time to remove the large air dryers they had set up. The whole experience was efficient and highly professional, and I would not hesitate to use this service again.
