Same day service was great! On time, and Sam quickly diagnosed the issue with a new dishwasher that had been installed incorrectly by someone else. You pay per job versus an hourly rate, which is today's standard. A 15-minute fix may cost you the same as an hour fix. That said, Sam was very knowledgeable. I was very satisfied with the work performed and the overall experience! He will be my first call for any future appliance install/repair needs.

I hired Samsoor to repair a washing machine, they came out he assessed the problem we gave him $200 for a part, Samsoor text me says he needs to get another part because it was defective, orders another one, it comes in says the part is defective and needed to order a new part, I called him he told me the 3rd. part was defective also, so I decided I wanted a refund and Samsoor said he will sent it to you electronically, then he sends me an email for a $75 invoice and said once that is paid he will credit my account even though he has a $200 check from us

Scheduled the next day for dishwasher cleaning to eliminate dirty dishes on 12 year old Kitchen Aid dishwasher. Called and asked to come early which worked out well for me. Very professional and clearly knowledgeable about how to take apart the necessary parts and clean them. Dishwasher is back to the normal clean.
