Was all moved out and moved in about 9 hours by three movers. No damage and items placed where I wanted including bed assembly and dining room table

All aspects of the move was extremely smooth and stress free starting from the date of receiving the quote to the execution of the move. Cliff was cordial, honest and up front about the moving costs and what they can and cannot do. He explained the different options and even gave us cost saving options with things like moving insurance. Kelley the office manager worked with us to get boxes to pack before the move and even came to pick up boxes we donated back after the move. We did have one minor discrepancy on the final bill dealing with the calculation of the amount of time it took to move but Kelley was reasonable and worked with us to correct it. Regency prices are fair and worth the costs. I would strongly recommend this moving company.

Perfect, no complaints at all. I'm retired military and have moved over 12 times. They did an excellent job. I got 3 quotes from 3 different reputable movers and their prices were the best.

I'm someone who does as much research as possible before I hire for services because I demand professionalism and a fair price. Regency was referred to me from somebody I very much trust so I decided to give them a try. Bottom line: they really delivered (pardon the pun). Seriously, I could not have been happier. They kept me informed, were prompted, completely wrapped my furniture before moving it, and were super careful to avoid damaging the furniture or my house (and I had some heavy stuff and tight fits). Highly recommended...you won't be disappointed.

Excellent moving experience! We have used Regency movers in the past for a local move and knew we would again when moving our daughter into her apartment. No job seems to small for them. Always happy to use local businesses especially when they provide such fantastic service!

I can't say enough about the crew Cliff sent from Regency. They came the day before the move to take care of the packing and were careful, yet efficient. Again on the day of the move the crew showed up on time and quickly loaded everything. My move was local so once the truck was loaded, they drove to my new location and began the process of unloading. The crew worked continuously until everything was in place to my satisfaction, not even stopping for lunch until the job was done.

The Regency team was wonderful to work for! The two staff members who came one day early to pack us were prompt, courteous, and extremely efficient. They stayed very close to time and once done, left all the packed boxes neatly labeled and stacked and out of the way. On moving day, the crew arrived exactly on time and worked tirelessly until very late at night, to move us in completely. They were polite, kind, and extremely professional. They took great care to wrap and move our furniture and all our belongings were delivered with absolutely no damage of any kind. I would recommend Regency with absolutely no reservations of any kind - I believe they were a great value for the money that they charged.

Regency Moving did a great job moving our furniture and boxes from Virginia to Maryland. The office staff were professional and easy to work with. The crew that moved our belongings were awesome. They were prompt, courteous and efficient. They were careful with everything and I can say that nothing was damaged during the move.

Packing went ok. We were promised the use of wardrobe boxes which we thought was a plus. The idea is you fill them yourself, they get delivered, then they take them back so you don't get charged for them. Great idea, except they were so worn and used most did not make it in transit without all the clothes in a heap in the bottom of the boxes. Boxes were torn, etc. I had pre-packed some things on my own and after the movers left I realized they used the boxes I purchased on my own to finish up the things they were packing...I had planned to return the boxes I had not used yet. So basically they used my supplies for some things. When they arrived at the new location they would not slow down so I could check as to where the boxes were being placed. Only one person admitted to speaking English. They filled the garage with boxes clearly marked kitchen, bedroom, etc. I had to move them myself when this was later discovered. I discussed special packing for an antiques corner cupboard with the owner on the day the estimate was made. I was promised special care. On the day of the move the movers said they could not do it that way and as a result I have cracks all through the glass of the cabinet door. A Waterford chandelier was packed in an open box with only massive amounts of tape across the top and some paper stuffed around it. I am still considering a claim for damage to some antiques, several lamps, and other items. About half way through the delivery the English speaker kept complaining to me about the traffic they would encounter on the way home and ignored my requests to slow down. I have moved many, many times through the Navy and after. This was one of the worst we have had. I would not recommend this company to anyone.

Regency moving is fantastic! I have used them twice in the past year and I will use them in the future. I did not even bother getting a second estimate the second time. I do not have to worry about my belongings when I move with them. They truly treat things like it was their own. They are punctual - actually always early - courteous and professional.
