We used them for a local move 15 years ago and we liked them so well that we did not consider any other movers (and I think they were even better this time). They arrived on-time for picking up at our previous home and on-time for delivery at our new home and their estimates for how long it would take to load and unload were accurate. They were very courteous and thorough in wrapping all furniture extremely well. They unwrapped everything and set it up exactly the way we wanted it. Nothing was damaged or broken (and we had packed our own boxes). The final charge was even less than the estimate.

We hired this company because of their positive reviews on Angie’s list and we are wrong. Do not hire this FAMILY OWNED company for your moving needs unless you want to double pay what you were told under estimated price, have damage walls and messed up brand new carpet. First of all, the crews came 1.5 hours later than requested arrival time. Second, there were 3 crews came and only 1 (Billy) worked very hard. The other 2 crews took MANY smoke breaks. Third, the crews messes up our drywall when they moved our sofas downstairs. Fourth, when they unloaded the furnitures to our BRAND NEW HOME, they forgot to protect the carpet, so there are stains all over our BRAND NEW CARPET. They claimed as mud because it rained today, but those are definitely not mud stain because they don’t come off. Fifth, we were told it will take total 5 hours (1 hour travel time + 4 hours moving time) to finish our job. But it turned out it took them total 10+ hours total, which is way more than estimated. We don’t mind more hours if the quality is great, but they messed up my old house and new house. Tied to contact the office, and was told the owner comes in and out, the general manger is on leave, and no one is in charge to take care of us. We are very upset about the service we received. Again, do not hire this company unless you have extra money throwing into the water.

Absolutely great! I had lots and lots of boxes besides furniture. They arrived on time worked diligently with only two 15-minute breaks in 4-5 hrs. They were courteous, professional and extremely careful with my belongings. No scratches, dents or breakage to either residence or to my belongings during my local move. Cliff, the owner, gave me an accurate estimate. I would highly recommend them!

Regency is a super company. We are a Navy family, so we're used to moving. By far they were the simplest/easiest move we can remember. Cliff Krug is so helpful. He gave us tons of useful advice and also second-hand (but clean) packing material. Their price undercut by half the other companies who quoted our move. On moving day, they were on-time, skilled and careful with our household goods. We were done early and NOTHING was damaged. I'd recommend them highly.

Everyone was professional and on time. My only rub is they had a minimum fee, and my house was somewhat small so I probably paid a little too much. That's my fault though. Overall the prices were fair, and I would recommend them again.

Unlike all of the horror stories I hear from others regarding getting bad estimates, over charges, breakage, etc. my two experiences with Regency were great. Their estimate was reasonable and wound up being very close to the final cost. The movers showed up on time and were very professional. They did everything I asked, even did an extra trip back to my old house to return an item that I forgot to tell them was not supposed to be moved. Cannot recommend these guys more, they are worth every penny.

Over the past 11 years, we have moved over 5 times. For 3 of the moves, we hired a moving company. Regency was by far the best of the moving companies we have hired! The movers actually showed up when they were scheduled to. The movers worked very efficiently and were very carefully with our furniture as well as took care not to damage any walls, doors, etc. The movers were also very kind, courtesy, and respectful of my wife and I. It was by far the quickest and smoothest move we have experienced. It was also the best! If we need to move again, Regency will be the company we choose to go with once again.

I was impressed with Cliff's honesty and delicacy when he stopped by to give us an estimate. Without making a high-pressure sales pitch, he clearly explained that since we didn't have too much stuff, a smaller truck with just two men would suffice. I said I would contact him after getting another estimate. He answered that I should, but that other moving companies would push for a larger truck with three men. I almost laughed out loud the next day when I got an estimate from a large, well-advertised moving service. After looking around, the representative said exactly what Cliff said he would: that I needed a large truck and three movers. His estimate was much higher, so I went with Regency. Everything on the day went well. The movers were punctual and polite, and nothing got broken. There are apparently cheaper options out there for movers, but they seem extremely unreliable based on the reviews I saw online. My online research and the the estimates I got led me to believe that Regency was the most affordable option without sacrificing quality, and I wasn't disappointed.

Excellent service. We packed, they moved. They went out of their way to provide us a number of free "gently used" moving boxes which helped with the total cost. I was able to give back a number of boxes after our move to help the next customer. There was one miscommunication where a crate was supposed to be built to move a large piece of marble, but it wasn't ordered. However, they wrapped the marble very effectively and it arrived in perfect condition. The cost of the crate was deducted from the estimate with no problem. They arrived on time both for the packing and the unloading. Very professional, very efficient. As a family that has moved multiple times, we were very pleased. Would use them again.

We made complete moves 19 times in the Army and once since retiring. This 21st move was the best we ever had. The crew was efficient, professional, and a pleasure to work with at both ends of our move. We did have some minor damage, but Regency was quick to process our claim and went the extra mile to take care or it. From the owner to the office staff to the full time employee crew Regency was a pleasure to work with.

Regency is, by far, the best moving and storage firm I have dealt with in terms of professionalism, courtesy, reliability AND price. Regency did an incredible job carefully packing and taking care of my belongings. I recently had Regency move everything back into my home and was very pleased to find that everything was in tact. If the need for movers arises again, I will definitely know who to call!

Everything went quite smoothly. No problems. I had packed most of my things but had them pack the lamps, TVs, and clothes in closets into portable wardrobes. I was also able to leave my clothes in my dressers, which save me time and convenience.

Movers did not have all the equipment needed for move, even though the representative came out for an assessment. Thought move would be fairly easy, because I had 90% of everything prepared and boxed. Movers did not protect my floors as requested at first, however some finally came out with floor protectors. Three (3) men came, however, one stated he was almost 60 years old and had leg and walking problems; and it showed as he did not go upstairs as often as he should. At time they carried only a box that a baby could have moved. Bottom line move took all day and night, and they still lost or threw away power chords to my computers. And yes I had to purchase new ones.
