Gave them only three stars. It took four days to finish painting my townhouse. During the walkthrough, we noticed they didn't repair countless nail pops. They painted over them. They sent one guy on the fifth day to fix them all. He was here until 5 p.m., so he had to leave. They didn't bring any equipment to clean after the job was done. I was using my home vacuum to cleanup all the white dust. The supervisor called on the fifth day and wanted to send someone over the following week with a swifter to do cleanup. This was on a Friday.

DMV painted our barn and it looks really nice. Courteous and pleasant to work with. Will hire them again for additional work.

Carpenter bees and woodpeckers had damaged the facia boards and trim around our house, so we asked Marvin to give us an estimate to repair the damage and paint all the trim around the house. He has a good eye and saw things we didn't see. The work took 3 1/2 days, in killer heat and humidity. The crew worked diligently and meticulously in spite of the heat. They cleaned up perfectly, leaving no mess. We are very impressed with Marvin and his crew, and will hire him again to do out interior.

The power washer did an EXCELLENT JOB!!!! The contractors initial approach, I was greeted with a smile and a hand shake. So professional!. I had had my home powered washed twice within two months by two different power washing businesses. They BOTH DIDNOT DO A GOOD JOB AT ALL. The siding had streaks all over it. My HOA inspectors noticed it and sent me a violation notice "that my home needed to be painted" Thank you for your honesty, you could have told me that I needed to paint my home, but instead you suggested to me to let you power wash it again, YOUR WAY. (The other two pressured washed it from some distance and standing on the ground; NOT RIGHT UP ON THE HOUSE) "YOUR WAY" Cleaned up and Washed away ALL STREAKES, DIRT ETC. Marvin was very good to deal with to obtain estimate and schedule work. The paint crew came in got to work and stayed on task. Work was completed and they went above and beyond to ensure the job was done right. They had to re-mud the ceiling and apply three coats of paint, which was not expected. Great job DMV!

I’d like to thank Marvin Ordonez for his insight on this project and his ‘no-complaint’ acceptance of my paint color change. He simply explained the process at every step, which I appreciated. His crew, Marcos, Robin, and Magdiel, could not have been more courteous, and took great care in keeping areas as clean as possible (even covering an old vehicle in the driveway). I absolutely would hire Paint the DMV again.
