Kangaroo Carpet Cleaning Services cleaned 4 rooms and a set of stairs for us. I've had my carpets cleaned many times, and they provided the best results, thus far. The carpets looked brand new and smelled fresh. They were very responsive and set up service for 3 days following my date of purchase. They arrived on-time and were helpful providing tips for future stain treatments. I will use them for all our carpet cleaning services moving forward!

WOW!! We cannot say enough good things about Jeff and Kangaroo Carpet Cleaning!! Recently, the renter who vacated our property left us with a huge mess on our hands. The carpets were absolutely disgustingly filthy and there were some repairs that needed to be done around the condo. When I called Jeff for a carpet cleaning estimate, he let me know that he and his partner could handle some of the additional items that we needed taken care of as well. He wasn't kidding! Not only did Jeff and his partner do an amazing high quality job but we felt he was very fair, honest and reasonably priced. We plan on hiring him again for many additional jobs and we would whole-heartedly stand behind a wonderful recommendation for him! Book him today!!!! I also wanted to mention that the machinery and solutions he used to clean the carpet worked fabulously and he really knew what he was talking about. We're very chemically sensitive and the solutions he used were non-toxic and didn't have a strong scent. They dried pretty fast too. He made our carpet look, feel and smell brand new. I wouldn't have the carpets cleaned any other way. I plan on using him for our own home and for my mom's! I'm just so overwhelming happy and impressed!! :-)!!!!!!!

I am preparing my house for sale and had given up on the carpeting in the basement. Really, I was just ready to replace it, but my realtor suggested that I try cleaning it first. I didn't have a lot of hope that a cleaning would do much good, but figured I'd try it just to prove the realtor wrong. Called Kangaroo and talked to the owner, Jeff. He assured me that they could do "miracles". Believe me, I am the world's most notorious "doubter" and I really didn't think they could do anything to make this carpet look "like new". Boy, did they prove me wrong. Jeff and his crew arrived on time and Jeff assured me that I would be doing handstands over the difference. And they were right! Jeff spent about an hour and a half (and I don't know everything that they did) but by the time he left, my carpet did look "brand new"!!!! They took out stains I didn't think could be removed and now I am almost sorry I have to sell the house!!! My basement carpet looks soooo good (and it smells good too...what a bonus!!!). I now thoroughly enjoy coming down into the basement. The whole room seems "newer" and prettier. I can't thank Jeff enough for what he has done. He saved me at least $2,000.00 which I would have spent to replace the carpet. Lowe's may be cursing you Jeff because they lost a sale, but you have gained a loyal customer in me. It was good. The job was fine. I guess the person or the owner is nice, it’s just that sometimes people are kind of… I don’t know, it’s hard to say...that he was unprofessional or anything like that but I have nothing to say bad about the company at all. It’s kind of the vibes you get from people, you either had good… not that I thought he was kind of a slob but, sort of, you know what I mean. He was just working. There’s nothing wrong with the service. They do everything as they say; I don’t have problems with them. I think we used them again the following year or so. They have a good price and service.

The team of Jeff & John did an outstanding job of cleaning our carpets! They were able to accommodate my schedule, they called before coming out to let me know they were on their way, and they were able to clean my entire 3 story town home in less than 3 hours! My carpets have not been this clean since they day we moved in...especially the steps! They listened to my concerns for the areas needing the most attention and were able to get out marks that other carpet cleaning companies could not do. I will definitely use them again when I have my carpets cleaned. A significantly better cleaning and price compared to other "big name" companies! Thank you Jeff and John!

When I called to make the appointment after purchasing the Angie's List deal of 4 rooms of carpet cleaning for $180, the owner, Jeff, told me that after he comes and cleans my carpets, I'll never call another company again. I have 3 cats, 2 dogs, a 9-yr old son, and three other adults who reside with me in my home, and to say the living room/den carpets were a disaster is like saying a Tsunami is just a big wave. I really didn't believe that they would ever look brand-new again, but I had company coming over for the holidays and would be happy to just get the darker stains muted. He was accommodating to my schedule and we made the appointment. He was right on time and had a very pleasant disposition. I had cleared out as much furniture as possible so he started on the 2 rooms upstairs. Neither of those carpets were in bad shape except for the random pet accident here and there or a random spill that left behind a little stain. He came downstairs when he was done with those two rooms and gave me some plastic "booties" to put on and go check out his work. The carpets looked like they did when they were first installed! They were so clean! He then started on the living room and den carpets. I didn't have much hope that they would appear new because of how dirty they were. When I came up from the basement after he was finished, I couldn't even speak I was in so much shock. The carpets looked brand spanking new. I then knew that he was absolutely right when he said I'd never use another carpet-cleaning vendor again. Thank you Jeff! I will call you again when my carpets need cleaning.

It went very well as usual with Jeff and his assistant. He responded to my call almost immediately, was professional, and was punctual. Jeff reviewed the work to be done and verified the cost with me prior to starting the job. The entire job took about four hours - Jeff and his assistant were efficient, and yet, very thorough. They addressed all the problem areas I had shown him. I am very satisfied with the results. Jeff has done carpet cleaning for me in the past - he is always professional, personable, and hard-working. Jeff and his co-worker did the best job cleaning our carpets than any other provider we have used over the years. The carpets dried very quickly and I must say the rooms Jeff cleaned look terrific! In two of the rooms, area rugs placed on top of wall to wall carper needed to be rolled up and removed for storage. The guys took care of it with ease and did not charge me extra! I have more cleaning projects coming up after the holidays, and you can be sure I will call Jeff at Kangaroo!

They cleaned three rooms, stairs and a hallway. They were meticulous and pretreated every spot before cleaning. They even removed the nail polish from my daughter's bedroom floor. They were very polite and worked hard for nearly two hours. Our white carpets are like new. I would definately use them again,

I had them clean carpeting in the family room that had been heavily stained with cat urine. I did not expect all the stains to be removed, which they were not. Jeff and his helper worked extremely hard to get out what they could. My main reason for having them come was for odor removal which is greatly improved. I found Jeff and his assistant to be absolutely professional, attentive and considerate. They also cleaned 3 area rugs which had not been subjected to the cats and they cleaned up beautifully

Excellent service! We had very dirty carpets that had a lot of stains despite the carpets and our home only being 3 years old. I didn't think some of the stains would come out. Jeff came on time with a teammate and they did an awesome job. The stains came out and the carpets looked fresh and new again. The price was excellent. We will be using Jeff and his team again when it come time to power wash the house and our roof top deck and any other carpet cleaning in the future. You can't go wrong these guys are pros and know what they are doing.

The technology is much better than simple steam cleaners KC sprays the entire carpet not just the heavily soiled spots. Thorough and professional KC did a great job.

We were out on vacation so my father-in-law had to come over to let them in. According to him, they were very punctual, professional, and got straight to work. The best part of all - the results! We had some stains in the carpet that our home cleaner couldn't get out, and Kangaroo made it look like brand new carpet.

Kangaroo did a great job with the rooms. They were punctual and the work was uneventful, while I was at home and they were working. There was significant overspray, however, on the walls when the sofa and loveseat were treated and I asked about it. I was told that the chemicals used would not stain the walls. I had to return to work and left them to complete the job. When I returned from work, after they had completed the work, I found in several pieces a decorative plate I had purchased overseas. I was not informed of this in advance and had to telephone them to ask about it. I was told that it was broken by one of my cats who had been startled by the work in the basement of my home. I don't believe that either of my cats would have done that and they certainly wouldn't have hid it. Overall, this sort of situation is more disconcerting to me than if they had simply informed me of the problem after it had happened. I wouldn't go with this company in the future, based on this sort of issue.

One of the workers was really short and rude.

Was a solid performance. Arrived on time, price was based on a Angie's List coupon. Easy coordination to get visit. Had to point out a few spots and they went over them again. Looked for and treated the high traffic areas and the candy spots extra. {we bought a home that had children who apparently ate colored cadies in the corners of their rooms). Used a substantial amount of liquids in the washing process. They missed a few areas in the MBR and I'll have to look better next time in my follow up.
