Indoor Air Quality Medics

Technician recommended installation of separate unit in a room temperature issues. He failed to identify there was an existing blocked duct vent already in the room. I followed advice and contracted for work, then told them I needed HOA approval. They pressured that they could find a solution that would meet HOA needs and tried to get me to install without the approval. In process of trying to work solution, the duct was found. The company still demanded to retain 30% restocking fee despite their professional not having identified the existing duct. $1500 for zero work accomplished.

We utilized them for a service. They took our payment. 2 weeks later said they had a problem with their system and they needed to redo the payment. I stated I would check to make sure no payments processed through our bank, and would call them back the following day. They proceeded to call me 2 more times within 24 hrs because I was not checking fast enough for them. Unfortunately, we all have lives and cannot drop everything to check. When I expressed this to their management team they stated it wasn’t excessive. They would call however many times.

Tech did excellent job cleaning up water leakage in heater and successfully restarting heater. Could not have asked for better service.

The whole experience working with IAQ Medics was great, from booking the appointment, to the communication about arrival, to the technician (Felix) being right on time and very professional. They fixed a gas fireplace for us. 5 stars. I will definitely use them again in the future!

The company was very communicative. Darnell was very knowledgeable, courteous and answered my extensive questions to my satisfaction. The follow-up video emails were a wonderful touch. Gustavo installed the humidifier, He was easy going and seemed to be very thorough in his work. He also patiently answered all my questions. The price was right and the 2 year labor guarantee was reassuring. I would use them again.

The Serviceman was very courteous and knowledgeable. The repair was completed very quickly. This repair was completed even though weather and road conditions were very bad at the time. I have used Indoor Air Quality Medics in the past any I will use them in the future for any Heating and Air conditioning problems.

The technician (Felix) was thorough and precise in inspecting, documenting and explaining the status of our HVAC system. We have used IAQ Medics for HVAC maintenance since the company was established and we could not be more happy. They also installed a new HVAC system a few years ago when our old one failed. All their technicians are well trained, experienced experts but Felix may be the best we've met to date. You will not be sorry if you use IAQ Medics.

I have been using their services for years and always find their staff friendly, knowledgeable, and efficient. Their tech, Mayer, completed the fall furnace inspection/cleaning. Excellent, as always. I have two heat pumps (one of which was installed by IAQ). Britt was completely punctual, courteous, efficient, and skilled. He presented a comprehensive diagnostic assessment of all of the functioning parts of each system and replaced filters.

Technician on time and professional. IAQ is an awesome company and I would recommend them to anyone. Only reason I gave it a 4 this time was that the appointment was scheduled for yesterday, and no one showed up; however, IAQ rescheduled it for next morning, no problem. Actually is there was a 4.5 rating I would choose that.

Britt did all diagnostics and leak checks in a diligent professional manner. The AC Unit required a couple of pounds of R410a refrigerant to be added. And no condenser or evaporator units leaks found. He also checked a second Heat Pump/AC unit and found no problems. Bottom line. Britt took the time to be thorough and answered all need-to-know owner questions about operation and maintenance. He also came equipped with a good set of diagnostic tools to add confidence in the assessment and repair. It was a great experience to be both educated and and to have the cooling problem solved for peace of mind.
