They came over within three days to treat the ground bees. So far, seems to be alright. I have within two weeks to see how it goes and give them a call if the treatment doesn't take. The pricing is a bit high, but continue to utilize their services.

They will come any time during the year that I have a problem.  They are very prompt, very courteous and very quick; they do their service quickly and they’re on their way.

The price is descent. They will let you pass on service in the winter. I do not have bugs but I like to keep them out.

They’re awesome! I think they’re customer service is really great. We called them when we moved, and there was no hassle to cancel the service at the old home and start it back up in the new home. They’re easy to work with, easy to schedule, and very responsive if I need them to come out in between visits. They’ve been very accommodating!

I don’t remember the price exactly as it is some quarterly charge. They are very conscientious of being a problem inside the home. I feel very confident that I could quickly have them come out and address the issue.

I’ve been with them for a long time and so I’m just really confident about them.  I’ve been using them for years and I will use them again in the future.

They seem to show up on time and do a fairly decent job.  It's hard for me to judge because we are still having issues with stink bugs, but a lot of them were probably already in the house.  I think it will be easier for me to judge in the spring when they are trying to get in.

This company is just amazing and I am happy with them. I have no complaints and they have responded whenever I have called them for extra service. I am on a yearly contract with them and they will come out whenever I need them. They normally give me a 4 hour window as to when I might expect them to come out for service. I think they have a fair price and I will use them again in the future.  

They do a very good job.  Their very wonderful and excellent.  It's a good value on price.

HomeTeam is very responsive and professional. I really appreciate all of their help, and I think their work has been top quality. I would definitely recommend them to others.

Whenever we call them out for an specific issue they come out immediately and take care of it. Overall great service and value.I would recommended.

I had a problem inside the house and he took care of it free of charge. They were honest with their work. They were dependable. They came when they said they would come. If I had a problem I am sure that somebody would try and stop by even today, if I call them right now.

I have a contract with them and they come out quarterly. The tubes in the wall is something that no one else offers. They didn't leave residue all over my carpet.

I heard about them from my friend and I think they are very good.  I would say that the price is a little high.

Everything went well as usual.  Home Team's technicians are always friendly and professional, and the company never has an issue if we ask them to return.

We are okay with them but we are not thrilled with them. They come once a quarter and treat around the outside of the house and once a year on a visit like that they will treat inside as well or if we have a need for inside treatment they will come and do that. Sometimes I wonder if the technician is really that knowledgeable and we had a technician with them for a number of years that we were pleased with since that person left we been okay with who we have but we haven't liked them as well.

The service provider came on time and pre-treated both the inside and outside of the house for pests. He mentioned that if after two weeks, we still saw any insects or other pests, we can give them a call.

Three weeks later, we saw some ants in the house and called them. They immediately came the next day and diagnosed the situation. They identified the ants were coming from outside the house, so they treated that area and told us that if within the week, we still see ants, they will treat the inside of the house. This call did not cost any money because it is party of the quarterly warranty.

Overall, they were very responsive and professional. They explained all the steps carefully, and I would highly recommend them for anyone looking for a pest control service provider.

They have been very reliable. They have been coming out when they said they would. They have been dealing with issues. I rate them high overall. One of the things I like about them is that we have not had to pester them to get the job done.

I pay $200 every quarter.  I have the Sentricon Bait System, so I have termite defense.  The pest control is on demand.  When I get inundated by ants, I call them.  They are effective with that.

It went well.

We didn’t have a choice but to use them because they had a deal with the builders who built our home.  Their service is very limited.  I don’t know how much we spent because my husband takes care of it.  I think we pay $300 every quarter.  The only good thing is while building the house; they have a system of installing a tube system into the walls where they can come in and put in the chemical through this tube that goes throughout your walls.  This prevents the pests from coming into your home.  They don’t go more than three feet onto the outside of your home, so there’s a limitation.  They don’t take care of wasps and nests because they cannot reach it.  If they cannot reach it, they don’t do it.  If you want them to do it, there’s an extra charge for doing that.  So it’s kind of limited.  I don’t think we will use their services again in the future.

I like that they are very reliable. They come when they say they are going to come. They will come back and do the work again if you are dissatisfied without any extra charge.

They are always very professional and come right out. They got the problem taken care of the first time out.

When they were tearing down our walls due to flood they found evidence that we had termites at some point. We called them to come out and they found nothing active, so they did not charge us anything. He was an older gentleman and he seemed to know exactly what he was talking about. He said there was nothing active. He was in and out quickly. I asked him if we should be putting something down, and he replied in the negative. We had no walls. We would probably use them again.

They are punctual and very thorough. I have recommended them to friends. I will absolutely continue using them.
