Experienced plumbers dont always make good tile repairs. Also, be prepared to follow up - my bath handle is reversed: goes hot-to-cold instead of cold-to-hot.

Joe was very courteous and identified the problem in the attic and roof. He gave a quote and did not change the final price; the work was very efficient and quick. He noted the cause of the problem and gave us preventive measures.
