A little unorganized setting up the work. after a couple of weeks was able to set up a time for the repair. The work was done professionally and satisfactorily. cleaned up the debris and dust. No more leaking since. Happy and would use again if needed.

Competent workmanship - I got basement leak repaired to secure their âlifetime warrantyâ - ie went with maximum repair recommended. Some scheduling missteps and communication snafus between the estimator and the repair team that led them to back away from quoted pricing led me to take a star or two off. Work quality seemed very good though.

The rains came. The basement leaked. Ernesto crew came and fixed the problem for reasonable price. Then when they left the work site in my basement it was clean. Next the rains came again but my basement is dry. Hooray highest recommendation for this company

The work was done exactly as described. Unlike other firms they called quickly and came to look at the project the same day. The replanted bushes on top of the drain pipe that they installed.

They installed a perimeter drain under difficult circumstances. Water was flowing until they brought it under control to permit the installation. They worked very hard, cleaned up the area, were very courteous and did a good job. They understand their business. I certainly recommend them to others.

Very Courteous, professional company. They came the same day, within hours, to fix the basement water leak. It turned out to be a major undertaking. The owner, Ernest and his supervisor Alex, were very forthcoming with the problems. They took photographs, made drawing of job they were going to do, the timeline and the cost. It was a good proposal, but changes had to be made, as there were more issues unearthed as the project progressed. But they informed us and got our approval, at every stage, before the change orders were processed. The cost was also disclosed. After the job was completed, they followed up with a two week and a month after, visit to check and make sure everything was in order. Very happy with Alex's follow through. Good company to work with.
