I've taken my car here a couple of times (recommended by my boyfriend) for a simple oil change and the service was great. They even took me home so I didn't have to wait, and picked me up when services were finished. I like that they don't pressure me to get expensive repairs done right away. They let me know what to look out for or be aware of for next time. The best part is they are 5 miles down the road from my house and I don't have to leave my car all day.

Honest, trustworthy, reasonable. They are a pleasure to work with. I couldn't ask for more...except that they be at my beck and call ;) They can get busy sometimes, but that is probably because I am not the only one happy with their service.

They were awesome. We have 98 car models, which was little bit older. Usually we go to the dealership to have the work done; but our car was getting old and my husband told that we can see, what local people can do because it will cost us less money. We brought the car in and they were very nice because when we were in the dealership, they told we need these and that things. These guys told we really don't need all that and they could do it if we like it; but we truly don't need it. They truly want the customer to come and go back. They were really excellent. When I called them to ask how much it would cost to have that particular treatment with everything. They gave me suggestion and then the total cost in the end. The people who worked there were very friendly and very courteous. They called me to let me know what it was going to be before they did anything. They were able to fix the lights on my car. My lights were not placed correctly, apparently I don't know whether my husband have done it or was it the dealership. I think so it was the dealership because I wanted them to make it brighter. The lights were not even in the right way. They fixed that and they didn't even charge me for that. The lights were not even in, correctly and they weren't even focusing straight. Now I can actually see at the night and I have been driving at the night for years with light. I thought there was something up with those lights. I can now drive at night and I was very happy that they were able to fix that. The only thing they need to work on would be to have a nice waiting room.

The experience went extremely well. I brought the car in on my telework day, and the owner promptly gave me a ride home, and then picked me up later that day to get my car. (I live about three miles away). I don't know if the price was fantastic but I believe it was fair. (It's hard for me to know.) There was no charge for the second diagnostic, even though it turned out to be a different problem. They didn't try to sell me extra work--they checked out a window problem as well, at my request, and told me they thought it could wait. The owner and his wife are very pleasant and helpful. If you give them your email address, they set you up with a site where you can view all of your car's service history with them.

I went to Car 4 Cars on my way home from the dealer because my sons BMW was there for repairs. I told them what happened and they agreed to give my car the once over. Two days later I took my car in and Joe the mechanic and Pam the owner’s wife heard my plea and felt my pain. My Lexus was examined and they called to tell me that NONE of the work listed on the recommendation required. The breaks/rotors and under body parts were fine (I had 35% left on the fronts). The only thing her found was that the oil cap needed replacement and my PVC valve. Parts, labor and everything came to $114.00. They assured me my car was safe and not falling apart and it was mechanically sound.

It went well. They took the car the same day, and kept me informed of the progress. The work was done in 4 days. this is a lot faster than any other place this car has gone to.

We have been taking our cars to them for about 15 years. They are really honest and do good work. They drop us home if we need a ride back home, and we trust them with all our hearts. They give us good advice on cars and wouldn’t fix anything unless it is really necessary. They also keep up with the maintenance schedule. I even know the mechanics who work there by name. We really like them.

The people are great there. They are very honest, they give you a very fair price, they do excellent work, and it is a neighborhood place. I know the people, they know their clientele, and they are very personable. We take all our cars there for all our scheduled maintenance.

My husband likes them. They are ok. He is happy with them. Even when I ve taken my car up there they have done an ok job. They are decent and our experience has been positive. they
