Outstanding service as always. We've used Brennan's in the past. Told them we were OK with fitting into the schedule since we had another heat pump working and space heaters. But they came that afternoon in the time promised. The technician diagnosed and fixed the problem. Only problem was my being at work and my wife didn't know about an Angie's List discount. Oh well, our fault. I didn't remember to tell her. The repair price was reasonable especially for the tight/narrow attic access. Timely, courteous and professional service has always been our experience with them.

He was professional, on time, polite and informative. Assessment given of current system without hard sales tactics. He explained the value of continuing a maintenance program since mine had expired. We chose to sign a contract with this company and very pleased with performance to date.

The installers were on time, professional and answered all of our questions.

Rick Michaels did a thoroughly outstanding seasonal service on our furnaces to include one humidifier. In so doing he noticed a heater igniter element that was likely on its last leg and offered to replace on the spot even though we were his last stop on an already late Friday evening. This young man is an outstanding tradesman and homeowners should consider themselves extremely fortunate if Rick shows up to service your HVAC. We ask for Rick by name and are now solidly lifelong customers of Brennan’s!

I was pleasantly surprised by the honesty of the representative who came both times. He always offered several options and told us which one was the best for us (not the most expensive one!). The first time the AC failed, the unit was recharged, and we were told that we would need a replacement soon. Unfortunately, the unit failed again within a month, so we were offered several options for our home. Because our heating unit was pretty old, we decided to replace both units at once. The staff in the office was very responsive when it came to scheduling the replacement for the next day, and they helped secure 0% financing. I will add that both times we called this company, we did so after hours and left messages (since we didn't consider this situation an emergency). We received a call back as soon as the office opened the next day. The staff that came to do the replacement was professional and focused on the task. Overall, I will call again for all our heating and AC needs.

Quick, efficient visit from scheduling to the actual tech visit. Friendly tech. Professional. Clean. System is running better and I'm successfully aware and engaged in replacing filters at the intakes in my second floor (and not just the unit in the basement).

We were able to get an interest free loan through them for the furnace. We have been very happy with it. Yes, we would use them again. We have saved on our heating and air bills and we now have a programmable thermostat.

We have a contract with them that we've been happy with for the couple of years. Since we're on contract, it's covered under the annual maintenance fee that we pay. I don't think we got charged any additional fee for it.

They fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price. We were so impressed that we signed up for an annual service agreement.

Pretty good experience. They were on time, they probably did more than they originally quoted us and were always very responsive and professional. They weren't the cheapest, but they weren't the most expensive either. Their quality was great. They were great. I would consider using them in the future.

Installation went well. The two man crew worked well together and were polite and courteous while working. They were patient in answering any questions I had as well. They also did a good final clean up of my basement and yard area when finished. As general feedback, I Brennan's service can't be beat in this area. The service techs are always on time and I can't think of a time I didn't get a 20 to 30 minute heads up call from the either the office or the tech to let me know they were on the way. I did not originally sign up for their preffered customer plan, but once I did, I was glad, because they mean it when they say they will get to you as a priority. I had used four other HVAC service companies over the 20 years I have lived here and had poor to horrible service before Brennans was recommended to me by friends. Pricing is fair and I can always get my questions quickly and plainly answered on the one or two times I have ever called their office.

I have had them for a long time. They come bi-annually. They check it in the spring and the fall. I stopped using them because I moved away. They were professional. I used them to instal the unit and maintaining.

Brennan's estimate came below another I received and guaranteed their work for two years. They were quick, professional and well priced. They did an outstanding job with the installation and addressing any questions or concerns that I had. Having worked in construction and the plumbing trade for 5 years I have a good idea of quality workmanship and the two techs who installed everything certainly had it. They were not rushing and took the time to do it right. I wouldn't hesitate to call this company again or recommend to friends/family.

A/C went out on Friday, hottest day of the year. Called Brennan's and they were here first thing Saturday morning. Technician Bill Moore was very knowledgeable and professional. Repaired the A/C and made recommendations for future purchase (system is about to go!). Total Cost was $332. I will be buying my next system from Brennan's becasue they were so good and fair.

I left a message over the weekend, and on Monday morning around 7:30am they called to say someone would arrive between 10am-2pm. They called around 12:30pm to say they would arrive in 30 minutes. The technician arrived within 30 minutes and diagnosed the problem as a short caused by a bug eletrocuting itself. He cleaned it out and had it working in 15 minutes or so.

It was a Saturday. I called them at 8 am and they were here by 9 am. I'll give an A for everything. Part of the $200 fee was to come in the fall to do an inspection of the furnace.

Well. Quickly diagnosed and element replaced and back in business. No attempt to upcharge or sell additional items. Friendly guy from out near Luray.

Great. I replaced a 35 year old furnace and a/c because the a/c had burned out and I thought it was time to do the furnace too. I called, the estimator was here later the same day and I had to wait a week for installation but I knew that going in and I was okay with that. They arrived promptly as promised worked all day, 7 hours, showed me how to program the thermostat, re-connected my humidifier, used less space in my laundry room than the old system, cleaned up after themselves perfectly. I'm very pleased with everything. I received a Carrier rebate, a Brennan's rebate and Angie's rebate. I am pleased with the price.
