One technician came. I was on crutches, so he had to make his way around the house and the components without me being near him. He was polite and well mannered. He was professional and took the time to answer my "new homeowner" questions. He made sure to always wear booties int house. I would hire them again.

This company is exceptionally professional and their work is high quality. I will never use anyone else.

Brennan's called prior to arrival, and their technician Gary arrived on time and was very professional and courteous. He explained everything he did and why he was doing it. His troubleshooting was spot on, and logical. He took the time necessary to do the job right. He showed me where the issues were and made recommendations on how to address them. I bought the annual service for both zones on a 5,200 sq ft home for ~$300. They also had to add 2# of refrigerant due to a leak at the A-coil to keep the house cool while they ordered the replacement part (covered under warranty). All in all, a very good experience and I would definitely recommend Brennan's as a professional, honest, and competent service provider.

They scheduled me for a 4 hour window, which isn't ideal, but I understand need some flexibilty. The serviceman arrived within the scheduled time. He was courteous and explained what he was going to do. He looked at the system inside and outside of our place - he had to walk outside to locate the outside parts because we live in a condo and I had no idea where it was located. He replaced our filter and made a recommendation about the type of filter that we should use. It didnt take long. He presented us with a bill at the end of the service and explained what he had found. All-in-all very good communication and courteous.

Mike Brennan came out to look at our existing system and prepare an estimate. He was very professional in explaining the various options. We decided to go with the Infinity 17 series system with two-stage cooling operation. The new system was installed in one afternoon along with modifications to the incoming duct work to incorporate a more modern filter. The work was done very neatly so the system looks a lot better than the original one. We are very pleased with the two-stage operation which allows the system to run more continuously at a lower level and helps keep cool air flowing through the house. When operating at the lower level, the compressor is so quiet that we can' t tell if it is running unless we are standing right next to it.

I contacted Brennan's and two other Angie's list companies for quotes on removing my existing boiler, heating system, air conditioning system, and humidifier and installing a new air conditioner, heating, humidifier and hot water heater. After receiving all three quotes, I made the decision to go with Brennan's because they offered the lowest price. When Mike Brennan came out to do the estimate he took the time to do a thorough inspection of the existing system which included extra piping and a boiler. He explained all the options for the equipment, the reasons for his recommendations, as well as optimal placement of the new equipment in the space. On the day of the install a supervisor and two installers arrived on time. The supervisor spoke with me and the installers to ensure we were all clear on what was going to be done. The installers, Darryl and Ed, worked quickly to remove the old systems and install the new ones. I was concerned that the removal of the old boiler and the re-configuration of the piping would be an issue but they handled it with no problem. They took extra time to make the new piping on the exterior of the house look as good as possible and even cleaned up and repaired damage done by the installer of the old system. They showed me how each piece of equipment worked, gave me instructions for routine maintenance tasks I should perform to keep the systems operating optimally, and suggested good sources for filters. They worked so quietly and did such a good job of cleaning up you could hardly tell they were there. I was very pleased with the entire process from the pleasant, helpful person who scheduled the estimate to the completion of the project in just one day. It's been about six weeks since the install and everything is working perfectly.

I would hire or suggest Brennan's to friends! They were fantastic, professional and on time. They worked with me on several occasions to get my paperwork submitted to my insurance company. Quick response time and very friendly. Not enough positive things that I can say about them.

Patrick was professional, timely and courteous. They charged about $100 for the diagnoses and that was reasonable. He stayed about 45 Minutes. But the home office wanted to charge an additional $425 for the repair. Purchased parts for $105 and took me 1.5 hours with part pick up. I thought $250-$300 would have been reasonable for the repair and diagnoses. I would use them again based on Patricks' knowledge.

Company scheduled appointment 9:00 t0 11:00. Called at approximtely 9:30 to say Gari is on his way. Gari arrived shortly thereafter. Inspected AC inside and out . Checked filters, and recommended a disposable replacement for aging "permanent" filters (note: Brennan's does not selll the disposable filters.) Advised that a capicatator on the outside compressor unit was not yet failing but was on the way out. Did not pressure to replace but made the reasonable suggestion that we might want to replace it now rather than on a hot day when the unit fails to cool adequately because it has failed. Cost: inspection $160.00 includes Fall and Spring inspections; $228.00 for parts and service on the capacitator.

The technician who handled the job, Bill Moore, did a thoroughly outstanding job. The heater, which had been repaired by another company just four months earlier, had to be repaired again. The cause of the new problem was found to be a blown fuse on the circuit board which had been replaced by the other company the previous December. The heater is now working much more efficiently than it had been the last few months. It was also determined that the air conditioner was inoperative because of faulty wiring and that problem was also corrected on the spot. The technician then thoroughly checked the outside A/C system. It was in working order but was drawing about twice the amperage that it should have. Since the A/C system is over 30 years old it was decided to replace that system rather than chance the possibility of a breakdown during the hot weather. The new system was installed on 05/06/2013.

They were excellent. The guys were very good and very pleasant. I would recommend them.

They are fantastic! Their service is superb. I have been using them for the last four years because of Angie's List. I had three estimates, and their service was by far the most efficient. The guy went over every stuff of what he wanted to do, and he explained why he wanted to do it with me. HE was not pushy at all. He actually did some research. He did not give me an estimate on the spot. He went back and checked all the couple of different system. He gave me a couple of different prices. I really appreciate his customer service, and his thoroughness.

I hired Brennan's to fix my air conditioner, which simply needed more freon. They came out and stuck a screw driver in my air conditioner and blew the circuit. It caused my lights and microwave to go out. My lights and microwave haven’t been the same since and I was forced to buy a brand new air conditioner. They really did a job on my home. I feel like I have been taken advantage of. I contacted the office manager and she denied that their company was responsible for any of the damage.

The installation was pretty smooth. The was a small issue with the plumbing going into the water heater which lengthened the serice call, but overall, it was an excellent experience.

Their tech, Bill, methodically troubleshot the problem that two other companies could not identify and explained to my HOA that the work they had done on the exterior of my facility was causing a furnace malfunction.

We've had an excellent experience with Brennan's. They are very professional, helpful, the technicians are personable. We had them install an entirely new heating and AC unit last fall. That was expensive, but to be expected and Brennan's prices were very competitive. Yesterday, a technician came out for the routine seasonal maintenance. We couldn't be happier.

Service was prompt and professional. They diagnosed the issue accurately and made the correction the next day. We may have been able to do the repairs cheaper, but it was worth the expence to make sure the repair was correct and under warantee.

It went extremely well. We had no problems.

The workmen arrived at the agreed upon time. They laid a protective tarp on the carpet where they would be walking in and out to bring in the equipment. They performed in a very workman like manner and cleaned up afterwards so that one would never know they were there save for the new system! The installation took about 6 hours. When the work was complete, we walked through the new system, they answered all of my questions. I am very pleased with the new system and the installation.

Had our A/C unit serviced and few minor repairs.

After hours on a rainy Friday night and my tenant called and said that the furnace was not keeping heat on and that they were starting to get cold. Her husband was out of the country on business and she was at home with her baby. I needed someone to get there quickly. I tried calling several people who were nearby (Vienna area) but either there was no response or they needed a presigned contract before doing anything to help. I noticed that Brennan's was rated highly by Angie's List but they were located in Woodbridge; I gave them a call anyway and surprisingly wonderful Bill Moore actually called me fairly quickly. I think he was ready to go home himself that night but when I told him about the lady and the baby, he came to the rescue. He had to drive up 95 and kept me informed about when he would arrive and actually arrived an hour before he thought he would. Bill took over and got some heat going for the little family even though the furnace was about dead. We arranged for new unit to be installed on Monday the 25th and he worked to the best of his ability to make sure the heat carried through until Monday. It did. They showed up as planned and the new unit is working beautifully. I so appreciate that Bill went out of his way that night to help even though it was a miserable night to be out. My tenant was quite relieved as well. And we will call Brennan's again!

They were courteous and professional. They were on time and they did a full check. It was 40 percent off on furnace and maintenance inspection. I also used a 10 percent off on repairs.
