I called at 1:15 because my unit was not cooling. Someone was at my house within an hour and the unit was fixed within 2 hours. They were professional, diagnosed and fixed the problem and got my unit working quickly. I really appreciated the quick service on a hot day!

Tenant called that AC was not working, on top of that i was going to be out of town for the next two to three weeks. Got a few quotes and went with Brennan's. Technician was on time, gave me better quote than Pope's for a better unit and asked him how soon they can finish the job, he said he can finish it within next 3 - 4 hours. Sure enough, job was done by that afternoon, and tenant was happy, can't ask more than that. They provide one year labor warranty on the unit and Carrier comes with 10 year manufacturer's warranty. The replacement was costly, but the quotes i got were in the same price range from 2 other businesses. I conducted the whole transaction over the phone while away and they made it really smooth.

Workers were professional, arrived on time, removed old equipment, cleaned up well after the job. Only con is that there was no follow-up on the job.

I called at around noon asking for an appt the same day or later in the week. They offered a same day appt which was great. Brian arrived shortly after. I received a phone call before he arrived which is always a nice service touch. He was very polite and put on some booties to cover his boots as he entered the house. We both went down the basement HVAC unit and he did his inspection. Along with the inspection/cleaning, we discussed a replacement unit since our unit is almost 10 years old. He was very knowledgeable and explained everything quickly and completely. I really did learn a lot. After this, we went outside and he inspected the compressor unit and all readings were normal. he took the time after the visit to provide me with some pamphlets on new units and explained how technology has progressed in the past 10 years. Overall, i was very impressed with the communications over the phone, with Brian - the technician, and the service performed. When we need help in the future with HVAC - we'll be calling Brennans.

They were excellent and were available in the time frame I needed. They were organized and detailed in their estimates. Any questions I had, they were very responsive. They also honored their quote and were prompt in their arrival. Explaining the work and maintenance agreement was very thorough and everything was done very professionally.

I used them in the Spring. They are reliable, punctual. They did a good job. The furnace works well. They are polite and thorough. The system works well. They are easy to get in touch with and schedule appointments. They service it themselves. I would give them top marks all the way down.

It worked out very well and we're still using them. I would give them an overall 'A'. I had the services completed right away after I purchased the deal. I paid $74 which was the final cost of the service.

The service could not have been done better. The technician was courteous and professional. He took the time to show me and explain everything he was doing. He gave some advice for care and upkeep that I could do myself. I will be using this company in the future.

The guy seemed very knowledgeable and knew what was going on. He explained everything. He had a lot of patience. He was very professional. They called and showed up within four hours. It would be better if they had 2 hour windows, though.

Gary was very thorough in his evaluation and service of our unit, which we admittedly not serviced since we bought our home 3 years ago. It was also likely the previous owners had not either. This was a lesson learned which we will not let happen again! As the heating and AC functioned well, we didn't expect the horrible state they were in, and I'm confident it was a matter of days or weeks before this would have caused serious problems. Since we are selling, we were trying to do repairs and service only, and Gary did a wonderful job in trying to keep our costs down. In the end, the boiler was old but ok, and serviceable. The AC unit was shot ! He did genuinely try his best to do the repairs to the AC, however, he finally recommended replacement as the cost benefit was just not there! We really did appreciate his attempts as well as his honesty. He completed the work on the boiler, and fully cleaned and serviced the unit. The crew came the following week and installed the new AC unit, and they worked quickly and professionally. We had minimal loss of power and AC (even on a day where the temps were in the high 90's). The overall cost was a bit of a sting, however, we are confident that the quality and service will be very reassuring to the new owners of our house, and I will definitely use their services again in our new home.

Excellent. One phone call, and technician was scheduled (timely) arrived with pre-arrival phone call confirmation, did inspection, diagnosed several problems with original unit (17 yr old builder grade system), quoted three systems, (good, better, best) and returned next day with team to install complete system. Know legible, thorough, courteous technicians. Would recommend to anyone.

Extremely great service!! Our air conditioner had mysteriously gone out in the middle of the night. RJ was the technician and was able to come out SAME day. Arrived within the scheduled window. Office called to let me know he was en route. Once here, it took him less than 15 minutes to troubleshoot the issue and because it was a minor adjustment/common problem, I only paid for the service charge and the house was back on the road to COOL air within the hour. I would DEFINITELY use them again and will CERTAINLY refer them to all my friends/neighbors/colleagues. Job VERY well done!!!

Outstanding company! We want to report our 100% satisfaction with Brennan?s Heating and Air Conditioning. They replaced our air conditioner and water heater recently and did so in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner. From the first visit to the after-installation visit, they were very helpful and knowledgeable, answering all our questions. Bill Moore is an exceptional technician. He performed the initial assessment and then thoroughly explained our options. He went the extra mile in answering our questions and responding to our concerns. Darryl and Ed performed the installation. They were very courteous and, upon completion, explained the work they had done. Also, when the air conditioner malfunctioned a week later, there were no "ifs, ands, or buts;" Bill came out immediately. He diagnosed and solved the problem, which turned out to be a faulty coil in the air conditioner, no fault of Brennan?s. At the conclusion of the installation and after the faulty part had been replaced, Brennan?s supervisor, Joe English, came out to ensure that our unit was up and working efficiently. We would definitely recommend these guys, particularly Bill Moore and Joe English, to anybody. Also, the office personnel are very pleasant and helpful. We wish all companies were as responsive and lived up to as high a standard as Brennan?s.

The assessment and installation both went smoothly. Due to the length of the space, two console units had to be installed, one near each end of the room. While this raised the cost of the system, it was the right solution to evenly distribute the cool air. The job was neatly and professionally done. All areas where lines entered or exited the building were properly sealed. The console units were installed with no damage to the walls and the crew left the area clean of debris. The ductless system cools the space well. We are very pleased with the service and would recommend Brennan highly.

They were great. They were very professional, punctual and the service was very good. I've had no issues with them. They come out and do regular checks.

Great service. With this being the hottest week of the year with heat indexes in the 105 degree area, I thought we would have to wait a while to get someone out here. But within 3 hours of my call the technician was out here and fixed the problem. They are professional and give advice and reasonable prices.

Was given pre-installation and post installation briefings everything works great! The air unit had to be replaced and they work in the rain to get it done. One of the techs left his rain cover hope he knows it here. Went to work and hubby coordinated and left the techs to do their job. They come on a service contract basis to check on it. They are very good and don’t try to push anything. They also did an air handler. They did air duct cleaning once, but I was not satisfied with that. The machine scratched our floors. I would definitely recommend them. They are very professional.

Brian arrived within the 4-hour window; a few minutes before he arrived the office called to let me know he would arrive shortly - a service they routinely perform. Brian was pleasant and worked quickly; there was no hard sell to purchase the annual contract - but I did anyway, since I perceived it to be a good deal. He also offered me advice on how to even out the temperatures among our three floors. I'm extremely happy to have found Brennan's, and I look forward to having our heating-A/C maintenance contract with them for years to come.

I called them on Friday morning. Set-up the visit for Saturday morning. Serviceman called at 7:30 AM and arrived at 8:00 AM as he stated he would. After looking at our HVAC system...well, our system is 32 years old....let's just leave it at that!!!! Anyways, within a few minutes he informed me that it was a 'simple' relay that went bad and actually had one in the truck. Within 15 minutes or so, the a/c was running again! He checked the outside unit and had planned to check the coolant pressure but found a 'valve' that shouldnt be there, at least not on a home a/c unit. Decided it was best not the mess with it as if it broke, not sure what would happen or the cost of the fix. Checked the head pressure which was high when taking into account it was only 72 degrees outside. Showed me how to clean the coils and of course they were very dirty. Him showing me this saved me $120. He and I discussed replacing the whole system due to the age but as of right now, it's just not a possibility at this time budget wise. We did get on a maint package which only was $35 extra or so, figured it was a good idea. All in all, excellent service. Will use them again.

They were very responsive to us and set up a service call today! Hurray! We were VERY pleased with the company and Mike, who performed our inspection and repairs. He was well informed and very knowledgeable, He listened carefully to my husband's description of occurrences with the unit and took his time to check out the entire system both inside and outside. He found a high voltage wire that was shorting out and fixed it. He explained all his findings to my husband and showed him the faulty parts. He also advised him how to perform some preventative maintenance to keep our system functioning properly. We were really happy with the company and will definitely use them again. Mike took extra time to make sure that we would be sitting in a nice cool house this evening. Thank you so much!

He is charging me $96 for the visit and then whatever Freon he has got to put in on the system that's about to die. I will probably buy a system from them later. They are excellent. They called before they got here. They got here when they said when they called beforehand. They are polite and on time. They kept the right stuff, and they are professional. At this point, I always will use them in the future. They have been superb.
