Great service. I would definitely hire this company again!

Everything went fine. Jamal was efficient and timely and did the job impeccably. The only issue I had was that I was charged an additional $229. I understand that I had a drain pan put under the water heater and that Jamal needed to install a new valve for the unit (items which were not in the original install price), but the amount charged seemed to be a little excessive. Nonetheless, 2 Brothers did a fine job putting in the new unit and hauling away the old one.

They were responsive. Due to space constraints they installed 40 gallon water tank instead of 50 gallon. They replaced pipes and valves, without informing extra cost associated with it. After all work was done, they asked me to pay for replaced ball valve @$365 above $699 paid at Angie's which seemed lot to me and took 4 hours than estimated 2 hours. Other than that they did a good job.

Jemal and his team were the definition of a company that is customer service oriented. I initially purchased a "drain cleaning" coupon from the company. They came out and spent hours addressing the problem. They were able to clear the clog, however the drain became backed up again. Responding to a courtesy email I was sent from asking how I thought the job went, I explained the current situation with the drain again becoming clogged, telling them that my frustration was in no way indicative of the efforts spent. Although Jemal expressed an opinion that something more severe was causing the issue, he offered to come by again and give the cleaning one more try. He went out of his way to do everything possible to insure my satisfaction with his services, and definitely succeeded.

Excellent service and work. Provider arrived promptly when he said he would. Work performed professionally and efficiently. Noticeable improvement in hot water.

It went well for the most part. The snake auger? broke during the visit and the tech was forced to return the following morning with another unit to finish the job. I don't blame them for the issue, but it did make it take longer than I was hoping. Also, there was a bit of a mess inside the cabinet I didn't notice until after they left. Nothing terrible, but a little sloppy. Overall they did a fine job and I'm happy with the results.

I have found my new plumber! In addition to being personable, timely and professional, he was extremely knowledgeable and provided multiple resolution options to fit my limited budget! My family will certainly use 2 Brothers Plumbing if the need arises in the future ... Hopefully the very distant future. :-)

Not good. Basically he told me he couldn't drain my hot water tank and recommended getting a new one for approximately $1k. I politely declined and subsequently was able to drain my tank and put in new heating elements for under $40. He basically told me the "tune-up" was just a way to get in the door of a customer's house. I would not recommend.

2 Brothers had good communication and arrived when promised. Worked efficiently and cleaned up well. Water heater now producing hot water normally - probably due to raising the thermostats.

This was only a temporary fix and he knew it. What we didn't know was that there is more work to be done in the future because we had to find out ourselves that the problem is related to three of the drains. But I will hire a different company for that. He did what he was supposed to though..... One drain. Just wish I knew before purchasing the coupon. Thanks.

Communication was quick and professional. They showed up on time and did exactly what was advertised. They advised us what they found and provided a receipt. While they were there, we asked about an intermittent plumbing problem - the occasional, loud shaking of water pipes when showering in one upstairs bathroom. Of course, the problem didn't occur when we tried to demonstrate, but most importantly, they told us they could not diagnose the problem unless they could hear it themselves and be sure of the cause. They also told us not to worry. Their approach was very professional.

Jemal was very friendly with a great personality. He was knowledgeable and I would have no reservations on recommending him to others. In fact he is going to do some additional work for me.

They found and fixed the problem, a leaky plumbing joint, and were very professional.

The company responded immediately, came very quickly, actually faster than I had hoped for. they knew what they were doing, the water heater was installed in no time at all. I would definitely recommend this company, they are somewhat new and they pride themselves in doing very well. If you want a water heater, let them do the work. You will not be disappointed. I read a lot of other reviews, not from this company, and although people seemed to be satisfied with the service, most of them complained of the installation cost. This is not the case here. Jemal was knowledgeable, punctual, and professional. He completed the work, provided suggestions, explained what needed to be done, how & why, and was a very nice guy!

He was able to get the cell phone out of the toilet and now my dad has running hot water coming out of his shower

They went above and beyond to help me fix my leak..I caused the leak by turning water off under sink due to clog and the knob broke off...water was pouring ..came in took over and before I knew it all was fixed and wonderful!

After listening to my description of the problem he showed up with the correct part made a quick inspection, then replacement of the part and success. Mr.Jemal had to snake the toilet a couple times it still would not flush. So he removed the toilet to continue to work on the clog. He was able to get through finding my kids toys! All we could do was Laugh. He was personable, on time and the cheapest in town!
