They're always great. They just saved two of my animals, cat and god both. They're one of the more expensive on the area but they are the best in the area. I will absolutely use them again.

I walked in without an appointment. Didn't have a regular vet, and their office was closest to my house. I was very upset because my dog was very sick....drooling and falling down. Colby was the receptionist, she was extremely kind and scheduled me for an appointment later that day. Gracie, my golden, saw Dr. Andrea,she was very concerned about Gracie, but not judgemental...as I probably should have taken Gracie to a vet when I noticed she was scratching her ears frequently. Dr. Andrea was kind and wanted to help, I felt really good to be in their hands. She diagnosed Gracie, answered all of my questions, and said to call if Gracie did not improve. The visit was 59.00, which I thought was very reasonable. The medication was close to 200.00. They were happy to separate the medication doses to my budget, for example, I paid for three days worth of medication until I got paid, then picked up the remainder of the prescription. I will be taking Gracie for a followup soon. I hope they will become Gracies regular veterinarian.I will strongly recommend Linden Heights!

I brought my little Budgie (bird) to Linden Heights for the first time to try out their avian vet, Dr. Vicki. I was very happy with my other avian vet hospital, except that it's SO far to drive and over-the-top expensive. The visit with Dr. Vicki was superb. She is a TRUE bird lover, and was so gentle, kind, and thorough in her physical examination of my little guy. I will definitely be going back to see her, and Dr. Joe, whom also sees birds. The staff is very professional and friendly. The bill was about 1/3 of what I would have had to spend at another avian vet hospital. What a relief to get such quality care and at a reasonable cost. I would highly recommend Linden Heights to other pet bird owners.

Overall, was very unsatisfied. I spent way to much money for services that cost less at other area vets. I was extremely dissappointed in this company and will not return.
