Three technicians' visits later, the code 31 still could not be turned off. Technician asked that I replace the filter with what was in it. Well, it was the same exact filter in there. Ok, we put another new one in there, and code 31 was still on. Nevertheless, I went ahead and signed up for the maintenance program. This summer, trying to find the time that my tenant could be home, I was told to call in instead! When I explained the reason and asked for proper treatment, they requested that I give them my credit card because their policy has changed and customers have to have credit cards! I refused and ask that the inspection be scheduled and performed since I had paid for it entirely and because the maintenance contract I had signed and paid for was not conditioned on having a credit card on file. Guess what, they canceled and returned half of my money! Next time, I will look for a company first to make sure that it is owned by good old Americans born in the USA. The rep said: there is no such a thing as customer is king!!!

Bottom line: I would not recommend to anyone normal this so-called service provider.
