UNPROFESSIONAL! LEFT ALL BRUSH AND VERY LARGE LOGS! THREE TIMES OWNER SAID HE WOULD DROP OFF RECEIPT & PICK UP HUGE MESS. HE DID NOT GIVE RECEIPT FOR $1,700.00 PAID! AFTER 1 MONTH STILL A HUGE MESS! EMAIL FROM OWNER SAID THEY WERE GOING TO HAVE NON- EMPLOYEES, STRANGERS COME BY PROPERTY. OUTRAGEOUSLY BAD BEHAVIOR!

Within minutes of submitting my request for cleaning gutters, I received a call from Ronnie. He and Kevin were in the area so they were able to provide me with a quote. They completed the work 2 days later and 1 day ahead of scheduler. I am now receiving a quote on installing stone steps from the upper to the lower driveway.

Ronnie and Kevin were professionals. I had Alpha clean the gutters on 3 large, 30' tall buildings on our farm in Leesburg. The gutters had not been cleaned in 10 years. I was very concerned about water and frost damage to a 200 year old brick home that might result from clogged gutters and below freezing temperatures. Alpha was speedy in their response and scheduled gutter cleaning in a very timely manner. Alpha also informed me that they do snow removal and tree removal which involves climbing. Bill Hatch

Supervision is required. Alpha did about 3/4 of the job requested, I had to finish removing leaves from around the house myself after Alpha left. They were more interested in doing the additional side job received from my neighbor than completing my job.

They were only at my house blowing leaves for 75 minutes and charged me $400.00. Then, they called me to see if I was satisfied with their work and I said, no, they did not pick up a couple of pile of leaves and blew leaves in my flower beds. They promised me they would come back to my place without out charge to do what I wanted in the first place. I have text them twice to ask when they were coming back and have they have not responded back to me. I will NEVER hire them again.

I initially looked online after the person who had promised to do the job didn't, within 5 minutes of logging off my cell rang and I believe it was Ronnie although I'm not 100% sure. He asked me what I wanted and I explained the job, saying I wanted the 2 BOXWOODS trimmed and one bush taken out. They were here within a few days as they said they would be. They completed the job timely, I believe they area could have been better cleaned up to finish the job. I wanted the stump cut to ground level but I agreed to let that go for now, but the remaining vines and smaller branches could have been cleaned a bit better. I got the impression they were in a hurry to get to another job on the time agreed upon. One thing I always have done and failed to do this time because they seemed to be good folks and good workers. We had agreed on a price and when the job was completed the price had gone up some. But we worked that out to the original agreed on price. Over all I would recommend this company for your needed yard work. I will hire them again when I need a company that does this type of work.

Kevin and Ronnie were professional and got into the work right away. They did a nice job in a timely manner. Hope to see them again.

These guys were beyond good. I needed a little more done (minor landscaping) than just the tree removal that I originally called for and Ronnie found a way to get it done. Fast, very efficient, very reasonable cost, friendly, and professional. In todays world finding people like that is a rarity. You will not be disappointed in the least by hiring these guys.

Great tree climber service. Price was fair and they communicated well. However they left tree debris about 15 feet from where they agreed to leave it so I have a mess to clean up.

Very polite, did a good job of bringing the tree down, but did not inform the customer that a subcontractor would remove the stump (through grinding) and did not return to finish the job of cleaning up the considerable wood shavings and other debris from the grinding. INCOMPLETE JOB !

DO NOT PAY UP FRONT OR SUBMIT REVIEW PRIOR TO COMPLETION! They have changed the dates for coming back to chip the huge pile of limbs and only cut the large tree partially through. They have told me 6 different times, "We'll be there Monday," then Wednesday, then Monday, etc., etc. Now they ignore my calls and messages completely. They sure cashed the 2 checks for $800 each VERY quickly though! They're not too busy to do that! This is how you show your professed respect for military families? They talk a good game, but that's it. They even ignored me telling them that I would be contacting Home Advisor to complain. Do not work with Kevin Beard or Ronnie Thomas. Original review: "They are even bringing a chipper back for me to have free mulch, using all of the smaller branches, and we're supposed to cut the felled trees into firewood sized chunks so we can split and chop for firewood this winter." (Once they pulled away and cashed the checks, they never came back!)

Do not pay anything in advance. Only pay them once the job has been completed, and only to your satisfaction.

They always do a great job, and customer service is awesome.

The lawn services left the dead mowed grass sitting on the lawn, although they told me it would be mulched. The property line looked as if the zig-zagged down the property line. I called them about the issues and was told it would be fixed on Monday. They never came back to fix the lawn. I paid 50.00 for the service, way over priced for what they did...would have been better off paying a teenager from the neighborhood.
