It was a busy day so they did not get to our vehicle until later than expected. The complete the repairs but we noticed a vibration which ended up being that they did not hook the spark plugs back up properly. They acknowledged the mistake and took some off the bill. Some issues but the customer serviceman up for it.

We were very disappointed on many fronts which is why we haven't gone back in years. Previously, we had our cars serviced and tired there, but there must have been new owners and management. I didn't trust the new guys and felt we got ripped off. Also, we had to wait forever just to talk to someone.

Work was done on two of the three vehicles but it took forever. The receiving staff was rude and abrupt when questioned.

The pump ended up being defective, so we had to take it back. They felt bad about the situation, but took good care of us. They are very honest people. We have used them for 5 years now. They were recommended to us by a state patrol officer.
