Dave Cyphers and his assistant came and diagnosed the problem promptly. It required re-doing the pipes so that the two sinks could drain properly. Whoever installed them had done it incorrectly. Not only did Dave Cyphers do a great job, he found the contractor to cut the hole in the wall to access the pipes. The work was done promptly and everything works just great now! They cleaned up afterwards to the point where we couldn't tell anyone had been here. Great work! We are so pleased. Highly recommend! A++ He also repaired a toilet that was leaking. And again, great work! Problem solved! Highly recommend!

Very poorly. Telephone receptionist was quite rude and impatient when we called to check for service availability. This company only services within EXACTLY 30 miles from their location, and we fell at the 37 mile mark. Maintaining a general area for coverage is understandable, but having no willingness to flex at the expense of nearly guaranteed business seems like a poor operating procedure. Make sure you call with your address to make sure you are within the golden ring of service.

Dave was professional, attentive and explained his work. He was concerned after turning the hot water on till the new valve arrived that if we ran out of hot water he would stop by and turn the hot water again.

Went fine with detailed explanation of work to be performed prior to start.

I called on a Friday and was told that a technician would call me back. None did. On Tuesday morning I called again, and didn't get a return call until Wednesday at 1:00. By then I had to call another plumber.

Replaced the faucet quickly.

Repairs were completed quickly at a very reasonable cost. Showed up on schedule and cleaned up after work was completed.

Quickly and professionally

The owner Mr. Cyphers himself called about 9:10 and said he'd be coming right out. He got here about 9:30 and diagnosed the problem right away as the furnace fan needing to be replaced. He removed the old fan and had a replacement in his truck. Got it in and it worked like a charm. The whole process took about 2 1/2 hours.

Excellent -- quoted a price and came way under at the end. A rare devotion to work ethic these days!

Tried to put in more freon into a 6-year old unit as an initial analysis, but it leaked too much; discovered the unit was still under 10-year warranty; Cyphers ordered and installed the new coil with no problems and no hassle to me; can't recommend them enough.
