Ben Sowinski sets the bar very high for all home contractors! Our Master bathroom remodel went smoothly from the beginning of the job right up until the end. Ben was in constant contact with us about scheduling, deliveries, and work progress. He was so great to work with. Above all, the installation of the marble tiles was flawless. Absolute perfection! During the consultation, Ben offered design advice and then executed the design to exacting perfection. Our his/her master bathroom is both functional and beautiful. Everything was done on time and budget. We are so pleased that we are having Ben remodel three other upstairs bathrooms. The initial conversation was clear and they really listened and understood our needs. Very high quality work. Great, honest and hard working people. They were always very puntual, no time windows, if they said well be there by 1:00pm, they were there at exactly that time. The project took the exact time they estimated. I would absolutely ask them to work on our next project (actually we already did!!). A+ quality of work.

Ben Sowinski is excellent. He was totally professional, friendly and concerned about customer satisfaction. He stayed on top of every expect of the job. His attention to detail was excellent. When a subcontractor was working, he continually checked on the work and never ended the day without updating me on the progress. I highly recommend Sowinski Tile & Marble and tell everyone I about the great job they did. Five stars are not enough. Completely satisfied!

Not a pro active company.Meaning, if there is a problem that needs to be addresses, they Will just tile over it just to be done with the job. Will not go above and beyond,Or even advise you of a potential problem area.And work is decent, but doesn't match the price you pay.

"Thank you for your review ( Tenet to oversee daily duties ) on behalf of the (Homeowner). For the estimate, Contract and beginning stages of work I dealt directly with the homeowner ( Which is how it is suppose to work) 1 week into the project I learn the "tenet" is also to be conducting work in the bathrooms??? ( Perhaps on his own). This turned into a major mix up with communication now between 3 parties as to what "Sowinski Tile & Marble, LLC. was to do "Per the contract" and what the "Tenet" could do on his own.. To many cooks in the kitchen!!"

Ben replaced bathtub tile, tiled floor, new toilet and faucets in bath and sink. A small job but a great value for the money. Bounced ideas off of Ben, never led me astray and saved me money when he could. Very clean workers. Kept me updated along the way as this work was done in an empty house. Hope to have him back at my own house soon.
