Mold Test Company VA

Did not realize the quote I received for testing did not include several other tests involved.

They confirmed what we knew was in our air making us sick.

Of course, I had mold. I was surprised at how quickly they recommended Biocide to eliminate my mold problem. I feel like they may be together in the mold removal industry. Having done my research, you are not supposed to have a mold test company and also be a mold removal company, and yet this company seemed to skirt that but not having them be officially affiliated with Mold Test Company.

The person who came to my home was friendly enough but the report was not accurate. They gave me information about the deadly mold in our home and when we saw the report and looked up average mold counts our home was in the normal range!! This company also connected me to another company which gave me a hard sale on this do it yourself mold removal kit for $3000!!!!! They wanted me to make a decision right away and give them my credit card # over the phone. I?m so glad I DID NOT DO THIS. We have discovered what the problem is and have remedied it with a $150 air cleaner

Service was great. He notified me when he was running late. The analyst was also superb and answered my questions and concerns. Price was affordable.

Associate was on time and explained everything he was going to do. Also, we received a military disconnect.

They were late with no phone call to let me know. They left with my money and I have received no lab report. I cannot get anyone to return my calls. Still waiting. It is been 2 weeks. They said a few days. Scam? I think so. Home advisor said they would investigate and they have not called back. Do not use either this mold co. Or home advisor.

They came out at no charge to access our situation and made good recommendations for resolving the problem.

The guy was very professional and took swabs of the mold to get it tested. He found mold under the kitchen sink, which was our main concern. He also said we had some in our ducts, but when the duct cleaning company came to clean our system they said it was not mold. We're happy they identified it under the sink and will be able to tell us what it is.

I have noticed people upset about how long the inspection and testing took which blows my mind. The inspectors are thorough and do their job with exceptional standards. Expect to have a couple hours to have this service done because It is a quality service and done right. (You would not expect a surgeon to rush his service would you?) So sit back, relax and realizing you are getting your moneys worth. The techs were very knowledgeable as well as prompt. Also, assigned a senior mold analyst to go over results and answered all my questions. Would recommend to anyone looking to have a mold inspection/testing and best of all, Results unbiased.

Keith was wonderful. He came out the next day and answered all my questions. Peter called me with the results and explained what he saw. The only thing that bothered me was he gave me a phone number of a company for me to talk to. I had not read all the report before they called me. I was not ready to discuss anything until I understood what I was dealing with. I did not go with that company.

Henry came to our house. He was very knowledgeable about mold and what to look for. He answered all my questions and was very helpful. Peter who called me with the results was very nice and answered my questions. He even called back the next day when he noticed that an email he sent me didn t go through. They gave me a lot of information to help me continue my search to get rid of my mold and poor air flow.

UPDATE - Since our first meeting with these guys, We were contacted by management with deep apologies on behalf of the company and the tech was removed from the field. They have also fully reimbursed us everything we had paid for the services along with offered to send out someone for retesting to be done. We did actually end up getting results back with a full explanation so the numbers and findings were understood properly, I will be taking them up on a retest just to ease our mind and know it was properly and professionally tested rather than who came previously. Thanks to J we will keep using this company for any testing in the future and do actually recommend Mold Test Company
