Two of the faucets were repaired. The third one (kitchen) was not repaired properly. To be clear, when Randall (plumber) came, I was not at the house so someone else conveyed my complaints about the faucets. The work he did on the kitchen faucet did not address the issue that I was seeing. I called Zeh's and they promptly sent Randall back out. This time I was there. Randall provided options to me for replacing the faucet or fixing it. He offered information and answered my questions but was not trying to sell me on any particular course of action. Based on his information, I chose to replace the faucet (and gabage disposal since they were both old). He recommended products for me to buy. He came back within a day or so (on a Saturday) to install new faucet and garbage disposal and did not charge for the Saturday service. After a year, it's all still good.

This is the second time I have used the guys at Zeh. And again they exceeded my expectations. Did work at performed and at a very fair price! Guys were very prompt and extremely polite. I would definitely let them in my house again to preform work!! When they say A-ZEH they mean it!!

They were great showed up on time and very professional. Did work as Josh described even paid less then what was quoted because it didn't take them as long as they thiught it would!!! Very honest and friendly. Will recommend to everyone!!!

Zeh Plumbing removed all of the cast iron radiators from our 155 year old house, soda blasted the multiple layers of paint, and reinstalled the radiators. Although I asked for a written estimate none was given. I decided to trust them because they came highly recommended by the Historic Staunton Foundation. When the radiators were returned to the house the installers dragged them across the hardwood floors leaving deep gouge tracks in a number of places. While my contractor was negotiating a solution to this problem, I received a bill that was double the verbal quote. Zeh did not want to honor the verbal quote, but my contractor had been in the conversation and was able to confirm the amount. I had to write to the BBB to get the original price honored. The gouges are still in my floors. They are too deep to remove. To be fair, the radiators are beautiful and have held up well.

They didn't have the proper equipment in the truck when I had called them to tell them what the problem was.

They had the lowest price but it took a while for them to get the work done. They were just fair but I had to call them a lot. I haven't had any problem.

Great. We will use them again.

The two technicians were very friendly and got to work quickly. They considerately put on cloth booties before entering my house. They installed the new hose and charged me only for a service call. They were in and out in about 10 minutes.

*update* After our initial review of Zeh we decided to get quote from area competitor which was 4 x's more expensive than what Zeh quoted, therefore we decided despite the problems we had previously to book them for the job. The work was completed on time and turned out exactly the way we wanted. Well worth the problems we had initially which I'm beginning to think were a fluke. Would highly recommend Zeh for quality, reasonably priced work. 1st pic is before 2nd is after. They replaced green cast iron tub, converted faucet from double to single and repaired tile work around faucet.

These folks are great! Scheduling is a bit tricky- some other customers developed plumbing emergencies, so I was re-scheduled a couple of times. The service and personnel are really worth waiting for. My service providers were knowledgeable, courteous, pleasant, and cleaned everything up beautifully. Will definitely call them again should I need plumbing work in the future!

They almost left me hanging. I called them to look at a leak in my hot water tank. My real estate agent had used them before and she said they were very good. I called them once I received the report for my home inspection and I asked them to go up and check the plumbing and see what the problem was and if it was a repair that they could do for less than $300 then they should just go ahead and do it. But if it was more than that I told them that I needed to know. They told me no problem and they went out. My agent had the key to the house and she told me that they came but I didn't hear back from them so I figured the found the problem and took care of it. We closed the house and when the buyers went to move in they smelled gas. So my payments were held up because the plumbing wasn't sorted out and I didn't know it wasn't sorted out. I called them after I found out what happened and they put an estimate together which amounted to $1200. I was pretty upset because they didn't even bother to call me and my mortgage payments were held back.

For weeks after getting a verbal quote (nothing in writing) I called and visited the office to get Zeh's to start the job. They kept saying the would do it that day or the next, and another week would go by without any communication. I finally hired Carl the Plumber who (by himself) worked on Saturday, Sunday, and Monday and finished the job on Tuesday by having the city inspect and certify his work.
The guys at Zehs are very nice, but they aren't thorough in estimating the work that needs to be done or the price they will charge. Moreover they don't communicate well about delays and leave customers frustrated.

Initial call went well receptionist very nice. Two men arrived at scheduled time, inspected shower determined could not replace existing system recommended replacing the whole valve system. During this visit they claimed to have tightened the current faucet and put silicone around it but it has been leaking from the spigot since. Requested estimate on replacing whole tub/valve, told manager would have to come. Manager, Josh inspected said would provide estimate via email (gave him my card). At least three weeks passed and I had still seen/heard nothing. Called and was told someone would call. Another 2 weeks passed, called again, finally got the quote for 1800$. This was to replace tub and valve system only. No tile work, shower surround, etc. I thought this was high so I replied asking how much price would drop if we did all demo- was told there would be no difference!! This company wasted a lot of my time and left me with a leaky faucet which to date I have not had time to deal with

Sunday morning just before family arrives for the holidays. Of course, we had no running water. I looked to this service for help and called this vendor on that criterion alone. Pleasant lady on the phone helped me determine that a plumber visit was necessary. She called me back 30 minutes later to tell me help was on the way!

A uniformed young man arrived and went straight to work. Explained everything to me. Got a great job at a fair price.

I have no reason to believe that this is not their usual customer care. They have a new fan!

ZEH representative responded promptly to my request for a site visit and quote. He took pictures, extensive notes and promised a quote within a few days. Having had no contact for ten days I called his office and was told he would get back to me that day. Two weeks later, I have still had no call back. I can understand if they are busy and do not want the job. I only wish they had the courtesy to tell me that and hadn't wasted my time.

I called as soon as they opened and was greeted very warmly by the woman who schedules the work. I wanted the work done that day and she was very accomodating. Although she couldn't give me an exact time at that moment she would call later in the morning, and did! The worker, Dave Thomas, was very professional. He did all the work I needed and explained every step of the way. I would certainly recommend them and use them again. Although mine wasn't a big job it was certainly big to me!

Unfortunately, I am no longer pleased with their service.
