I have never offered to pay an auto repair shop more than the listed amount for labor on the invoice. I did with EAS. They refused to take the money -- saying we had rather have a happy customer!

In spite of several opportunities to charge more, do unnecessary work, and take longer this shop treated my car as if it were their car -- they did a professional job where required and left well enough alone otherwise. Hourly rates are, for once, fair and reasonable.
