This is the second time i hired John and his crew as they did a great job the first time. John and his team did not disappoint and were fantastic. They arrived on time and had 2 teams working on the trees. The 2 large ash trees were overhanging the garage and fencing so his team had to climb the trees and rig down the branches so they didn't damage anything. Everything was done well and cleaned up very professionally. John and his team were very professional and were very eager to please and make sure i was happy with their work. I will continue to hire John for any future tree needs i have.

This is why I use Angie's List! This company oozes professionalism and customer service. They arrived exactly when they said they would, were very polite and began work immediately. They did an excellent job pruning everything and began the removal of the tree. The branches were above, below and through the wires. Two men carefully removed limbs and eventually the entire tree without pulling down any of the wires. While they were there, I had them fertilize some crepe myrtles and transplant a fig tree for me. They did everything happily and with skill and care and cleaned up perfectly before they left.

John and the HES Company were amazing to deal with! John walked me through everything he noticed and kept me informed as he found new things. He is extremely professional and yet very personable. He came very prepared with a large team of experts including an arborist and several climbers. I am very passionate about my trees and I felt like John truly cared about their health and safety. His crew did a wonderful job creating firewood sized pieces of wood and stacking them nicely for our use. They were impeccable with their clean up which I greatly appreciated. I, without hesitation, highly recommend the HES Company. From start to finish it has been an excellent experience at a very reasonable price.

A+++++ The service was top notch all the way around from the initial contact with owner John Queirolo, to the estimate, to the setting up the appointment, to the day of service! We highly recommend Hes Company. We found Hes on Angie's list. John personally came to walk the property and explained that his estimate would be "an honest days pay for an honest day's work." The estimate was reasonable for the large amount of work our new place required. John's customer service was excellent - answering all of my questions, letting me know exactly when the crew would arrive. The day of the work, he arrived with 5 guys who worked very **** ** a hot day. The foreman for the day -- also named John -- was very careful to ask my opinion as he and the crew trimmed the trees close to the house to make sure they were doing exactly what we wanted. They had such a fine attention to detail as they carefully cut out an invasive Tree of Heaven that was crowding out a small 2 stall barn. I really appreciate the friendly attitude of the whole hardworking Hes Team. They asked me twice exactly where I wanted the wood chips for the garden, and then had me double check the position before they placed the chips. We will definitely hire them again when we get ready to work on our backwoods.

The crew did an excellent job removing the tree and stump and they mulched the front yard with the wood chips from the tree. The crew worked hard and completed the removal quickly. They were professional and friendly. I recommend HES and would use them again.

John provided exceptional customer service and advice. We had decided on some trees that needed to come down, but we walked the property around the house with him and made mutual agreements on what else should be done. He did not charge us for every little thing we agreed on. His staff was efficient and professional and did a great job. The trees that were cut down were cut up further for firewood and stacked. Everything went very well and I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Since the quote, John was wonderful. He was on time and friendly. We had four quotes total, but were impressed with John's costumer service. His crew showed up on time and they were also very nice. They worked hard all day long. I think I saw them take maybe one 10 minute break and they were working from 8am-5pm! John even showed up on the day they were working to see how it was going. He followed up that evening with a phone cal to see if we were happy. I would definitely hire them again.

What an amazing experience. John came out to do an estimate on all the work done and had no problem tromping through our muddy backyard to see all of the trees we wanted worked on. Once they were able to get here, after a few delays from all the rain, they worked quickly and efficiently. When John said they would be at the house around 8am, they were here before my kids left for school! They trimmed up the huge pine tree in our front yard that had damage to it from winters past, three large maples in our back yard, cleaned up several large Leyland Cyprus trees, a large holly, and removed a line of bush/trees along our back fence. All of this was done within a half day of work. They were polite and cleaned up after themselves. VERY impressed and have told everyone we know.

John and his team were fantastic. Very professional, efficient, and flexible and accommodating. I definitely recommend using HES and will use them later this year to split the wood from the tree they cut down. If cost is your concern, speak with John. He was able to accommodate what we needed and stay within our budget. If you need tree service, go with HES.

John and his team were very professional from start to finish. They removed 4 17 year old Leyland Cypress Trees that had become diseased and were too big for the area. They also salvaged a 15 year old maple that had become badly damaged in a wind storm. The crew showed up in the morning and took down the leylands quickly. They disposed of all the limbs with a wood chipper and ground out all the stumps. They also saved a maple that had a huge limb split during a wind storm. They pruned the tree and tied up portions of the limbs to help the tree grow more uniform. They were a pleasure to work with from start to finish. I would recommend John and his team without reservation if you need tree removal or tree repair/pruning.

It went great! John Queirolo contacted me immediately following my request for a tree service contractor. He kept in touch with me constantly until the day the service was scheduled--very responsive. He performed all the work I'd stated needed to be done and did a couple of small things without an extra charge. His crew was very professional, helpful, and courteous. They worked quickly and efficiently. I had temporarily removed some small plantings at the base of one tree to protect them. After removing the tree, John's crew replaced the plantings in their original spots on their own initiative. The whole experience was positive. Highly recommend HES!

The team arrived right on time and worked very quickly and carefully to cut down a dying tree on the property line. The did an excellent job keeping both houses and the power lines safe during removal. The team cut the logs, stack everything nicely, moved the brush to the street for collection, and did an excellent job cleaning up.

iAll I can say was that John and team were excellent. From the first walkthru of what needed to be done, to price negotiation and right down to the services that were provided the service was well above par. John provided a very fair price for the amount of work. The location for the tree removal was difficult as it was right next to my home, just feet away from a fence and also close to neighbors garages so particular care needed to be taken when removing the trees. John kept in touch for all scheduling and the team showed up as planned. They came in with more equipment than i expected but it was all to insure the job was well done. They were considerate of neighbors who needed to drive thru the alley as well. The work was performed fast and efficiently. No time was wasted getting started. The trees were taken down and all trees pruned in a half a days worth of work. The lot was cleaned up better than it was when they started. The remaining trees now look healthy and happy and ready to bloom and grow. I can only say that i highly recommend HES Company for all your tree needs. I am very glad i found them and used their services. I will, without a doubt, call them in the future again when the need arises. Thanks John and team!

John and his team were great. Very professional in setting up the appointment (and were flexible when we had a last minute scheduling conflict). They were prompt and did exactly what we agreed upon. The yard looked great afterward. We would definitely use them again.

John and his team was great. From first initial contact all the way through final cleanup, they were outstanding. The work was scheduled for 1.5 days and John and his team met the deadline even though it was getting a little windy to be up in a tree. They were very professional and making sure everything was done as quoted and cleaned up afterward. They even went to my neighbors house and cleaned up all the wood dust that blew onto her yard from the wind. They were very hard working and very pleasant to work with. I have no hesitations to recommend John and his team if you need any tree work done. He is an honest guy and actually was there on job site making sure everything was going well and that i was happy.

John promptly gave us an estimate and arrived to do the work as promised. The crew was able to remove the tree and not damage any surrounding landscaping. As an added bonus they spread the wood chips under our existing landscaping. John and the crew were polite, friendly and professional.

Price was great and the service was fabulous. John was very easy to work with. He was very careful not to damage anything nearby. The team was very nice, efficient, and did a great job of clean - up after. Will definitely use again.

The company cleaned up so well after themselves. They put everything back exactly how it was. They tore out all of the roots so when we go and replace the fence and the trees it will be an easy job for the next person. I would highly recommend this company. They are one of the best tree services I've ever used. One of the leyland cypresses was leaning so they braced it so it would never fall down. He said he guarantees that it will never fall down. He would come out to my home if there is ever a problem with it. This additional service was free of charge. They had to take down a Red Oak tree. They had to take the tree down piece by piece. They did an excellent job. There was no damage from any wheel barrels. They also got on my neighbors roof and removed all of the debris on their roof and gutters. There was no damage to my deck or anything.

It was okay. In the beginning, scheduling was not well done. Scheduling could have been done better. I hope this kind of a tree service company would itemize whatever service they do and show it to us on a homepage or something. Usually it comes with a lump sum amount. I think it would be great if they itemize and put it on the homepage as to how much it would cost, to compare. The tree service guys are so different in their estimate and their recommendations. There should be some kind of consistency. That will help their business. I would use them if there are no other choices.

HES was very responsive to my inquiry, visited my house to provide an estimate, arrived timely to do the agreed upon work, and conducted themselves professionally at all times. The maple tree they cut down was very old, dying, and quite large, yet they handled it expertly. The branch they trimmed was actually in a neighbor's tree, so HES hoisted someone into the tree (avoiding spikes and damage to the tree), cutting the branch and keeping the peace with my grumpy neighbor. We also liked that HES posted a note on Craigslist for free fire wood (which they cut to fireplace/wood stove size), so people came and hauled away the cut up wood within a few days. That allowed my maple to be recycled, which we really liked. Overall, I think this company is good and I will use them again.

Hes Tree Service showed up on time and finished job quickly with no fuss. Hes crew made sure I was satisfied with job and I was. Overall good experience. I would use them again if need arose.
