Spectrum Contractors, Inc did an excellent job with a fair price on a family room ceiling replacement and finishing in June of 2022. The owners came out and provided an estimate in a very timely manner. The company is fully insured and licensed, which I personally verified with the Virginia Department of Professional and Occupational Regulation (DPOR). The owner listened to our desired outcome and the job was able to be scheduled quickly. The crew were professional and extremely hard working and their finishing man Jorge was brilliant. Any issues were addressed immediately and corrected by the crew. We are very happy with all the work completed and the crewâ s cleanup of the site. We would not hesitate to use Spectrum Contractors again on other projects!

I think they are more accustomed to commercial work. They subbed out to a company I would not have hired. They ran behind schedule due to workers not showing up. They did not protect much of anything, left the house a mess of drywall dust, blobs of joint compound. Overall, the work was not bad, but the process was.

High quality work. Extremely satisfied with the professionalism and attention to detail from estimate to finished product.

The final quality of work is very good... However their customer communications is poor.... Rarely do they make their scheduled times.... Usually late when they did arrive.
