They were wonderful. They did all the windows, and we have a contemporary house, so the windows are odd shaped in the house, and they did a wonderful job with them. One of the windows came in, and it wasn't quite right, and they could have just slapped it up there, and I wouldn't have known, but he was so particular, and he said that he was getting a new one because that one didn't fit correctly. A couple of days later, we got the new one. They would clean the place before they left everyday because Paul Henry would come out everyday to check the place. The work crew got along so well, they joked around with each other, and I missed them when they left. I recommend them to everybody. Everything has held up fine. He came in, and his price was very fair. We liked the product, the siding was much better than what the other people were offering, and the quality of the windows was also good. He cut out the middle man. It took about 21/2-3 weeks, and I felt safe leaving them here with my open house. Sometimes you feel uncomfortable with workers, especially if you are a woman sitting around, but I didn't feel any of that. We were thrilled with the price.

Their installation crew were great, professional, on time and did great work. We had one small problem a year later and they corrected the problem quickly. Will be replacing a door in the near future and will be contacting Paul Henry's to replace the door.

Showed up 1 minute early, very polite. Tried to be neat but difficult because wet & rainy. Had me check for approval before leaving after I said job is good.

This was done several years ago, although I do not remember when. They were replaced in the winter and I remember being impressed at how quickly they got each window in place so that my home did not get any colder than absolutely necessary.

We had replacement windows improperly installed by a national window company in 2012. Our home incurred excessive damages as a result. Paul Henry was incredibly professional and sincerely cared about helping us. The job timing required a lot of coordination with other contractors and Paul Henry exceeded our expectations in accommodating our extenuating circumstance. Dan did an awesome job cleaning up the mess and damage caused by the previous contractor. His expertise and attention to detail was remarkable. We are very thankful to Paul and his crew for giving us our home back!

The installation was done in a most professional and timely manner. Area was completely cleaned upon completion of the job. I had requested "pet screens". The screens that came with the windows were replaced with this type of screen shortly after installation. The company and employees are very honest and dependable.

For every project, Mr. Henry came at the appointed time and gave me a detailed estimate of price, information on products, and date and time were scheduled. His crew always arrived on time, were friendly, professional, and respectful of my home. The work was completed as agreed and on time. I was very impressed with the workmanship and courtesy of his crew. I have used Paul Henry for several projects and have always been more than satisfied with the results. One particular project stands out. Mr Henry replaced some defected materials on my deck and rebuilt the deck. Before beginning the work he researched the defective product for me. Unfortunately the company that did the oringinal work went bankrupt so I had no recourse. The point is that Mr. Henry went above and beyond to help me, not something any other contractor had done. I will continue to use them for all my future needs in any services that his company provides. I have recommended his company to my friends and they have all been equally impressed. Mr. Henry isn't the cheapest, but his work and professionalism are worth every penny.

They did a great job. Matched my other windows on that side of the house and matched my siding. The new window looks great. They were efficient and completed the job in one day. They worked well with my other contractor. They cleaned up after all their work. I love working with Paul Henry as they do quality work and are so easy to work with. In the past I have had them replace all my windows and they sided my house.

The work was great. They cleaned up every day after themselves, and it was done when they said it would be done, how they said they were going to do it, and I don't think there is anything more you can ask.
