From the estimate to the installation Paul and his crew were awesome. My wife and I were very nervous about the preparation we had to perform, curtains down, furniture moved etc. We also expected some drywall and paint damage. We're both older so this was a huge albatross and as such we kept putting it off. We finally decided to bite the bullet and get it done so I asked Brian Henry if he could come out to review my furniture moving plan to assure we gave them the required space. He came out and was extremely professional, helpful and put us completely at ease. Several weeks later Brad and James were out to install the windows and three days later were done with absolutely zero damage to drywall or paint. And in fact since the bay windows were primed they didn't even need painting although we'll do it anyway. To top it off, they even protected our landscape in front of our widows and all plants survived. Brad and James were polite and meticulous with the installation. They covered everything up inside our house and put down extra thick tarps. They were punctual in starting each day and finishing. They patiently answered all our questions addressing our concerns. And they were complete in 3 days as we were told. Once they were gone, you couldn’t tell they’d even been here. In fact, I looked around and commented to my wife that we’d never spent so much money on something we couldn’t even see. To be clear the windows looked almost identical to those that were removed except for these being brand new. I do expect our electric bill will be reduced and I suspect they will be a good selling point when we move. Finally, the cost was very fair, I had reached out to two other firms and both were substantially higher. The original windows had also been installed by Paul Henry so I was very comfortable even though his costs was lower. Bottom line, we highly recommend Paul Henry Windows.

I don't write reviews but I am making an exception in this case. Paul Henry installed our windows (20) in 2014. We had several of the windows made lower (expanded) as well. Five years since, I could not be happier. They gave the option of spray foam insulation around the window casings to help with drafts from original construction. What a difference. Not at all pushy and not the cheapest but boy was it worth it.

From start to finish we had an excellent experience with Paul Henry Windows! Pat our salesman was very knowledgeable with helping to pick out the windows and Paul Henry was always available for any questions we had about our project! The day of installation went without any problems. They showed up early and started right away.Daniel and Cory were very professional and respectful. Excellent workers! At the end they cleaned up the area so well you couldn't tell they had been working there. We would definitely use them again and recommend them to any one .

Let me just start by saying that window replacement is not cheap and dealing with some replacement window companies is like dealing with pushy car sales people. Paul Henry's was not the cheapest quote we received, but they were the most professional with no pressure or sales gimmicks. They were an extreme pleasure to work with from start to finish. Installation of the windows went smoothly, they cleaned up behind themselves, and the windows look great. I am so impressed and so glad that I chose Paul Henry's over some of the big name quotes we received.

Windows replaced on time, on budget.

We hired Paul Henry's to replace all of our windows in our house. We looked at 3 different companies. Paul Henry's gave us a very competitive price. We are very happy with our choice. They did a great job.

Came to the house twice to make sure measurements were correct. Day of insulation they were here early, replaced door and frame by noon. Beautiful door and excellent service. For sure.

This company is super.  The estimate was done thoroughly and at the scheduled time, estimator was very knowledgeable and what he didn't know he found the answers for and was in communication with us within 24 hours.  The work was done as specified and for the cost specified.
We love our new doors and the fact that nothing will ever need painting again, it is all super easy to maintain and a fantastic job was done on all of the work.
We would not hesitate to contact Paul Henry's to do further work on our home if needed.
