He was a friendly and congenial man. The only thing I would object to is the showerhead he installed. It still kind of drips.

I had just finished my basement and long and behold I noticed there was a leak behind the new drywall! After having a few plumbers come over and provide me with enormous estimates, Superior's Benjamin Franklin Plumbing identified the issue within 10 minutes and offered to fix it the same day. Considering I had a new basement and time was critical, I went ahead with the service. I will say it is if I never had a leak and I could not be happier. The work was done with respect to the new carpet and drywall! It is not often you get someone who actually gets it! This was a quality job done by someone who had significant experience.

Great service provider.  They were a little late but that was because of traffic.  The plumber explained everything and showed me how to resolve some stuff in the future.  They were clean and we couldn't of been happier with the service.  Thumbs up and will use over and over.  It's not easy to find a plumbing service you trust with great prices.

I purchased a big deal offered by Benjamin Franklin plumbing on Angie's list. when I called to schedule the appointment, I realized that the franchise that offer the big deal does not service my area. But Benjamin Franklin honored the big deal coupon anyway and scheduled my appointment with another franchise.
On the day of the service. Dave arrived on time and he was very polite and knowledgeable. He did a whole house plumbing inspection, he went over the details of all the work that needs to be done. and replaced my outdoor faucet with a new frost free faucet. overall an excellent plumber!
I was also delighted to find out that Benjamin Franklin plumbing offers a membership that covers tune-up and inspection on electrical, plumbing, heating AC, plus gutter clean-up. 

Overall, it went very well.  It took a few days for the sediment to settle out but it looks much clearer than ever before.  We also like the yearly check ups that are included with the Comfort Care plan.  This cover plumbing, electrical and our heat pump so worth the money and peace of mind.
