They are very much a "folksy" business. They appreciate how important people's cars are to them. I have always felt comfortable asking questions, they will show you items that need repair or replacement, and will give practical advice on maintenance.

Westview performs almost everything for my vehicles that I can't do myself. The only time I may go elsewhere is when they are so busy they can't schedule me immediately. They won't recommend or perform work that isn't necessary. If they can't fix something(which is rare), they will tell you. Their prices are in line with industry standards. This is the independent shop you can trust. I've been using their services for over 25 years and haven't been disappointed yet.

These guys are always top notch! Best neighborhood car repair place! No BS quality work, fair prices and they warranty the work. They installed the water pump 5 years ago. They didn't charge for the replacement part even after 5 years.

Dropped off evening before. They reviewed the symptoms the car was having. They gave an estimate for the planned work. Picked up on the way home from work the next day completd in advance of requested time. Everything complete as promissed cost was below the estimate.
