VFS Yellow Crew did a great job and were very nice. Cleaned up their mess and left the house looking fine.

We’d like to thank the VFS “Blue Crew” consisting of Alex, Timmy, Oscar and Pat for the FANTASTIC job they did encapsulating our crawl space!! They were prompt (in fact, arrived early!) and very professional! Pat communicated with us during the entire work sequence so we knew exactly what was going on. Once the crew was in the crawl space, they didn’t come out except for materials, the entire day. They left our yard in excellent condition and cleaned up all of their gear and materials. This was probably the best experience we’ve ever had working with a contractor. And they really cared!! We’d give 10 stars if able. Thanks Blue Team and also thanks to Cody for checking on us during the work!!

we had the absoulute best experience with the VFS Blue crew. Alex , Tommy, Oscar and Pat took care of all of our concerns and took the time to explain what they were doing and why. If you need foundation repair or crawlspace work VFS is the best !

Matt Milliman, a Certified Foundation Specialist came out and talked to me after I contacted Virginia Foundation Solutions after several of my neighbors highly recommended them. After explaining to him my concerns he did a thorough inspection. Matt explained to me every detail that would resolve my issue. His detailed step-by-step diagram showed me everything that was going to be done. I cannot say enough about the "Blue Crew", Alex, Joel, Tommy G., and Jacob were AWESOME. They showed up on time and worked intensely in this horrific heat. Alex kept me informed every day. On the last day, he went over every detail with me and gave me the opportunity to ask any questions. The entire crew was awesome and represented VA Foundation Solutions in a professional manner.

We were very satisfied with the foundation work that was done for us. Their customer service from start to finish was awesome! Chris Migani did our initial inspection. He was knowledgeable & explained our problem & the process they would use to do the repairs ,completely. It was very important to him that we understood completely. We never felt rushed or pressured at any time. He was available to us at all times. We felt like we had gained a friend! Ludy & the White team were awesome! They called us when they were on the way everyday & arrived on time. We couldn't have asked for better workers! They worked consistently even though we had some very hot days! They seemed to enjoy their job & worked well together as a team. I I don't want to forget the office staff! They, as well ,were very professional & helpful. We would not hesitate to refer any of our family or friends to Virginia Foundation Solutions. We appreciate you!

I had my crawl space encapsulated one year ago and was very impressed with the work done. Today Service tech Jonn came out for crawl space maintenance. First, VA Foundation Solution explained what the crawl space maintenance would consist of when my appointment was made. On the day of my appointment John called to notify me he was on his way and arrived on time. At the completion of his work not only did he give me a written statement of what he completed but took the time to explain what was done to make sure he answered any questions I might have has.

We were very impressed with everyone from VA Foundations Solutions. They arrived on time and worked all day even with the impending bad weather. We were scheduled for 5 days, they completed the job in 4 days. Steven, Sammy, Sean & Eden (the red team) were great to work with kept me informed throughout the process. They kept the job sight clean each day and at the end of the day cleaned up. Thank you.

From the initial inspection (Cody A), setting of appointment (Caitlyn A), and Gray Crew (John, Ryan Jake, Cody): everything has been AWESOME. John let me know what was going to happen each day and talked to me at the end of the day with new status. He and his crew cleaned up each day. When the install was complete, John took me into the crawl space and we looked at every bit of it to make sure I was satisfied. They were professional, neat, friendly, and an AWESOME team!

We had a crawl space encapsulation and a dehumidifier installation done by VFS in 2018, and each year since, company reps have come back to service the dehumidifier and inspection the crawl space for damage caused by moisture or rodents. On 15 March 2022 John and Kyle came to perform that service. They called to say they were running EARLY and asked if it was OK to come before the scheduled appointment time. I of course said "yes," and they arrived on time, asked if I had any specific concerns they should be aware of, and then proceeded to do their job. When they finished they spent a few minutes letting me know what they saw and what they had done. They were both polite and affable young men, just like the crew that did the encapsulation three years ago. I highly recommend VFS for major projects dependable follow up.

Virginia Foundation Solutions We had the Gray Team finished at our home yesterday. Our house had uneven floors and felt soft in places. Once diagnosed, what was necessary was explained. No hard sales pitch. Had several contractor companies give us a bid. Virginia Foundation Solutions was not the cheapest. They werenâ t the most expensive either. What they did was more than any of the companies offered. Back to the Gray Team or should I call them the A Team. John, Max, Juwan, Trevor & Robbie were all very professional and polite. These young men cleaned up every night. Never left a mess or issue. Explained everything they were doing. Virginia Foundation Solutions should be very proud of these men. Word of mouth, yes I will praise this company and the Gray Team to anyone that needs foundation work on their house. To the owners of Virginia Foundation Solutions, Thank you for sending me your best team. What is most important, my wife is happy.

Virginia Foundation Solutions I was impressed from the start when Steven arrived at our home exactly when he said he would, also calling 10 minutes before arriving. He was polite, courteous and very knowledgeable. Stephen, worked steadily for hours to get the job done, skipping his lunch hour. When the job was completed it looked better than I had anticipated. Michael and Tyler did an excellent job and they were very professional.

I went with this company because they were the most honest and did not try to bullshit me. I had told them they were the 4th company to give me a quote and that I had done my research. Not only was the price within my budget but they also pointed out things that the other 3 companies did not. Brad the representative who came to my house was very professional and kept me at ease throughout the process from beginning to end. He was also the only person who invited me to go underneath the house to check out and show me first hand what some of the major concerns are. I will definitely be going back to them for any needs I may have in the future.

Estimate prior to service which included pictures of crawlspace and plans for improving dehumidifier drainage and correction of items installed by previous company. Installing crew on time,friendly, courteous,knowledgeable andleft no trace they were there! Kudos to "red crew" Tristian and Joe B.who did great job for Virginia Foundation Solutions!

Fantastic job by Eric, Hunter, Kyle and John. I highly recommend based on customer service, awesome clean-up each day, and from the pictures they took before and after, all I can say is WOW! We are very pleased!

The work was done exactly as described in the contract. The workers were timely, efficient and respectful of the property. The work was in the crawl space so they took pictures to show me the work that was done so I didn't have to crawl under the house myself. They did some brick pointing and lentel replacement for us as well. All work was done to our satisfaction and I would hire them for any additional work I need in the future.
