We could have gotten killed and killed others too because of what they did. Their product was fine but the service was terrible. They did not come and fix the car despite the fact that we called them about it. We got the car at their shop in a reasonable time but they did not come to fix it once they made the error.
Even today when I went in there to get a reason why my wiper blades were falling apart, she was quick to respond and brought my previous ticket up showing that my blades had not been replaced, but not try to sell me on options just simply tried to help.
