Our situation was very complex as I had retired from the military and moved ahead of my family to Alabama to start a new career during the sale of our home in Virginia. Additionally, a major road construction had started directly behind our home just as we had listed it on the market.

Tana also represented our interest during the appraisal of our home which I'm sure led to the home appraisal matching the home's selling price.
